There's been quite a few serious topics raised recently - but it's Sunday evening and quite a few of you will be winding down from Trax (how'd it go guys? - reports expected soon...). So here is a bit of light relief. What is it about these two neanderthals? Every time Lisa tries to think about anything harder than - oh, I don't know - which leg of my trousers do I put on first, her little brow furrows and those hairy caterpillars strain across the intervening distance to make her the monobrow she really is. What day is it? How do you make babies? Should I carry on porking the bloke I tried to shoot? Derrrrrrrrrrrrrrr tilt, eyebrows. Mark is no better.…

Can anyone out there help me? I've got a '91 TT jap import and it would seem that my cats are overheating as the warning light is coming on periodically on the dash. The car, when it's cold, runs fine. But, after about ten minutes of driving she starts to miss, doesn't always accelerate properly untill I floor it completely when she stutters and coughs and finally shoots off as per normal. At this time the warning light goes out too, but as soon as as I try to drive her normally again, within a short while she starts missing etc. again. I'm also getting through twice as much petrol as I used to...any ideas??

Got Broadband ADSL Modem plugged in and all works well most of the time, however, on occasions it loses the link and i have narrowed it down to the USB port as after doing a couple of tests found that my printer which is also run from the other USB also loses connection. What can i do, does it need configuring or is it a problem with the motherboard ? Any help appreciated. One other thing, sometimes if i unplug the USB and plug it back in i get the link back but not always. Cheers boys and girls. Bob

Do any of you guys know where I can get pictures of the dash warning lights and what they mean for a '91 TT Jap import? The one in particular that I need to identify looks a bit like a middle-box section of an exhaust system with some sqiggly lines above it. Also, how do I enable HTML so I can add pictures?

Looks like the box has gone......(92 Jap TT) The box has "lost" reverse...seems drive fwd ok.... Help.......any contacts for new/recon/reconning etc.... I heard the jap box has no oil cooler can one be fitted? Cost? and suggestions as to what to gladly accepted!! Is it all worth it????? Regardz.....

help i am getting lots of blue white smoke when i put my foot down.it started with a rattling noise at first then that stoped then it started again now when i put my foot down a mass of blue white smoke comes out of the exhaust running T.Tjap import auto what is it TURBOS?

I have a problem in that when im driving the car feels as though its getting starved of fuel i.e , the car is driving "JERKY". It does it in any gear, and mostly uphill. I have replaced the fuel filter yesterday, i have cleaned the throttle sensor still no good. Does any body know what could be wrong, could it be the AAC gasket leaking?? Any suggestions lads would be greatly appreciated. Alex

Ok, yanks have their faults. They can be arrogant, bullish and stupid, but they have a lot of good points - democracy, no class sytem, equality among races (except Alabama!), belief in sky's the limit, creative thinking, open to new things, Hollywood, Chevy Corvettes, MacDonalds...oh s**t, not that !!! But you get the picture..it's easy for us to pull them to bits. As a nation they have developed more in the last century than anyone. Compared to Arabs and the like, thay are OK. They are no worse than UK people in my opinion, and better in some respects. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.

Just been up in me attic and I've found a Matchbox toy car.... a DATSUN 126X yes, X from 1973 !!!!!!!! Looks like a Lamborghini Diablo ! Reckon Lambo copied it ! It's rear engined and probably a concept car. It has flames from front to back and is yellow.

Hello everybody, just been in the states for a month, saw loads of Z's especially on the west coast, most of them N/A. I missed my car so much and she felt like a rocket when i got back in it. Needed two rear tyres for the MOT so had plenty of good donut action this morning.

Can some one please tell me how to shoe horn 6x9 in to the rear speaker pods any help will be much appreciated

Any Z meets in the Birmingham to Wolverhampton area? Had a Z for about a month and have only ever seen two Z's in the area. One's black, with a sweet plate HOT300ZX and the other's grey. If not a meet then maybe get together down one of the pubs for a drink?

Does anyone else suffer from sideways movement at low speeds ie left to right over pot holes etc.. Just had 2 new bridgestone s03 fitted (ouch!) A little better but still there to a degree. Steers better with the tracking up front done which was 4mm out(toe in) Are all zeds like this or is it just mine?

just a quickie be for i get my screwdriver set out... is there a light on the ignition switch ? there seems to be a clearish plastic trim around the key switch... and i just wondered if there should be a light that comes on with the interior light... any idears ??? no dout i not be able to get the bulb anyway... !!! cheers Tim

I got the straight through decat pipes (Z Centre ones with no mini silencers) and they don't have the hangers welded on as they show in the pics?!?! I got them 2nd hand/nearly new so can't easily send them back. I was told they were from a N/A Z but are the same. They fitted on fine but no hangers. Is this the case with N/A zorsts? Had my full system fitted but it means all the weight is hanging on the turbo's and at the back boxes. Will have to get some welded on. Any ideas?
