Help lads

I have a problem in that when im driving the car feels as though its getting starved of fuel i.e , the car is driving "JERKY". It does it in any gear, and mostly uphill. I have replaced the fuel filter yesterday, i have cleaned the throttle sensor still no good. Does any body know what could be wrong, could it be the AAC gasket leaking?? Any suggestions lads would be greatly appreciated.

    Could be a dirty airflow meter, dodgy AFM connection, dirty connectors on injectors, coilpacks, PTU or CAS. Have you replaced the air filter recently???
