My freind gave me a lift to pick up my Z in a 360 Modena and he's not shy when it comes to giving it a bit of Wellie (Actually he's a nutter and ex 300zx owner). On the way back he was following me at about 75mph so without warning i dropped it into 3rd and flored it up to 165mph (Pvivate road(standard ECU i thought it was limited to 155?). Surprise :D He was there but a little behind. A bit of traffic (still on the private road) came up so i took my foot off the floor and pulled into another lane and he passed me at 170. Not a true kill but it just shows that that second i gained gave me the edge against a £100,000 ferrari, it would have taken him a while to catch me. 300zx's are damn quick for the money and still pull like you wouldn't beleive at 110mph in 4th. He then done the same to me and no way was i going to catch him. Fun day though.

Hey dudes. What are your opinions on the BMW Z4. I do love my 300ZX but i fancy a change for a bit. I swear i won't drive it like the average BMW driver. Cheers TJ

Hi Stuart, Sorry i haven't been chatting, I have been reading the forum whenever i'm at work but its so damn busy at the mo. The reason im selling is 'BMW Z4 3.0L'. I decided to get some dough off my house while i can. I will definately be a 300zx owner again one day and may attend a meet in the Z4 if i'm allowed. Good to hear from you Stu. Tristan

Flying Machine, tailgate skin does look nice. Wouldn't mind getting one aswell, someone keyed my OEM one. Haven't seen the other black one on greenford, i'll keep my eye out. Anyone going past Sidcup on Sunday??;)

Hi mate, still working nights. Moved site from Vauxhall to Greenford until June, the other side of london for me. Z's are certainly not made for commuting this far in traffic, congestion charge or not. Would love to go on Sunday but my Z overheated in the traffic and am trying to get one of the matrix hoses replaced as it burst and steam went everywhere. (Shit myself at first).

Hi Stuart and Flying Machine. This might have been me, I have been driving through the city going to work at Greenford passing Euston and Baker street. Flying machine were you in a lovely clean red Z with a highline spoiler?
