Now i have Falken 451's all round on my lowered zed SWB TT i took the chance last night to see how good the grip and corniering ability is. And by gum its good. I can weave the car through bends and roundabouts quickly. And where i did push it a bit to far the loss in traction was gradual with a nice squel from the tyres to warn me. The handling is not in the same league as one of the 4x4 rally car scoobies i suppose but for thrills per pound i am very happy :)

Spotted a dark blue new shape Micra this evening as I was coming into Melton on the A607 (Leicester side) The Lady driver was frantically waving at me  Would this be the other half of one of our local members? Ivan maybe? Didn't have time to wave back, as I was wondering "who the bloody hell is that mad woman?"   (Only joking)

Any one had enough experiance with this over the past few months to write a guide? The program seems to offer lots more than i use it for (which isnt much really!) but ive no idea where to start! Was thinking maybe someone else could post some ballpark figures for what a standard (ish) well performing zed should look like.... Cheers all

:slap: Had a problem with my 2nd hand power flow cat back system. The flange that bolts to the cats one of them had broken away from the exhaust. No problem I thought, get it welded by my bro's father-in-law. Anyway, had a call from me dad and he's had a look at it after getting home and he says 'it looks like they have welded the flange in the wrong orientation' My car is my daily drive, I've had to borrow a car today to get to work. Any suggestions appreciated ChrreZ Paul

Ok, I've got a 91 manual fairladyz & 2 questions really. Firstly the spedo cuts out at 95mph & i mean completely, the needle just drops back to 0 & comes back up when i slow down but all else seems fine otherwise. i'm guessing this will be down to the black box convertor thingy but just wanted a second opinion?? Secondly, I was caning it down the a12 last weekend & seemed to hit a limiter in 4th but it was only around 4500 / 5000 rpm, I didn't think this was right as I've been past that in the lower gears. Is this normal?? If not any ideas on this?? Cheers dudes

Things are different from the UK and Dubia. On roads which people speed in the UK, they install speed camera, put in those chicains or even speed bumps. However they are sign posted and because they take so long to install them we all see the new "Traffic Calming" deviced being made. Not in Dubia, they just install a huge speed bump without telling any one to catch people off gaurd. Watch! Especially the Gallardo at the end which takes off.

Renault just use it. I've been reading an argument on the US 300ZX forum about it and I always thought it was a Renault sourced engine. Apparently not, it's a Nissan sourced unit. http://www.carpages.ca/go/conceptcars/2004_renault_fluence_concept.aspx http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renault_Vel_Satis I'm always reading conflicting reports. Need some hard supported facts if anyone knows of any.

Looks like the Zed is going to have a full blow over. Got the car back yesterday. Bodyshop's done a fantastic job, but unfortunately, the pearl white paint is so old on mine, a decent match couldn't be achieved. The tailgate was a reasonable match, I guess it looks like my car's had some previous blow in work anyway and the paint on the top appears to match very well. It looked spot on under fluorescent lighting which is odd as it's usually the other way round. I considered having it blown in, but the paint on my car has discoloured quite a bit and want a nice crisp fresh look all over. The fresh pearl white is an absolutely lovely colour and far nicer than the …

Hi guys, I need to adjust the neg camber I have on the rear tyres so took the Z to BMTR in birmingham for the 4 wheel laser line up . . . . . . . Well after at least an hour of fighting with the adjusting bolts the operator had to give in as the bolt/nuts were well and truely siezed on. His sugestion was to have the siezed items heated up (which will destroy the bushes) and replaceme the nuts, bolts and bushes with new ones. Anyone else share this problem and if so what is the best way of getting it sorted . . . . . . . I have also heard that if it is burnt out that the bush comes as an integrated part of the top link . . . . . . again your input will be m…
