Of note, is the difficulty in obtaining a genuine UK model of the 300zx Twin Turbo in good condition with a full service history. As the innocent party in this accident I feel disappointed that the original valuation is in no way a fair reflection of the price I would have to pay to replace my car. Saw real dodgy looking geezer in a red zed with 300zx.co.uk sticker on it. flashed him i was in my supra.

Removed the old headlight panel no problems. The problem is removal of the rubber seal around the old panel. I unscrew all the screws but its still stuck on it. Didn't want to force it off for fear of breaking it as my new one isn't sprayed yet. Just wanted to drill the holes in the new one. So any ideas how to remove the rubber seal? Cheers Al

ok, for a while now theres been a chance that my radiator has been leaking a bit.. but as you do i left it as it wasnt causing a problem... anyway, last night my car started kicking out steam from down the front of the rad... down the left hand side.. i pulled over and it subsided and i drove it the other mile home.. today i filled the radiator up, altho never bled it properly, and it took 6 litres!!!!! so i drives it to work, gets near work and thought "whats that rattle?" it was as the engine came under load... so i gets to work and sure enough its steaming again, altho this time its not only from the front but from the left side, between the …

Ok, I have now ran out of money but still have the bug to do the odd mod here and there. Lets have your ideas on free or almost free mods I can do to enhance my car a little more. Cheers :)

As the topic says, people just don't want these cars, I'm getting that sick trying to sell it I'm thinking of stripping it and putting it back to standard then trying to sell it that way, but that's a worse case scenario.

Just had this done and was wondering if many others have gone the same route, I know Uno's (James 300's old one) has had it done as well as Friday's. Anymore? Can't wait to get it back, had a sneaky preview today and it looks amazing! :hyper: Has been a major job though and not looking forward to the paying up bit! :cry:

Does anyone know if I can buy REAR speakers that will fit into the existing rear speaker bracket on my LWBTT,I realise I may have to drill new holes in the bracket. Ideally, speakers to compliment my Alpine stereo and better than the existing ones. Help much appreciated :bow: Chaz

Hi all, My Brothers nissan skyline R32, in diamond black, Reg number J313 SDV was stolen early hours this morning from plymouth area , if anyone sees or hear's anything about it or is offered any parts etc could they please notify me, it had a few aftermarket parts and a very uncommon STEALTH ecu setup, it is a very noticable motor has a few of dash gauges, nice jap wheels like bbs, It has a few body imperfections will be easily recognisable to us...The car was also fully loaded with all his personal belongings as he was leaving to contract this weekend so if offered tomtom1, dvd head, unit screen, pioneer cd player, clothes, etc...... Hi, looking for some info on your opinoin on alcantara for re trimming the inside panels of me zed...I have tried proper leather , but cant seem to get it right ... etc with no creases and not stressing the leather due to stretching and am not happy with the results . I have seen alcantara on ebay and release its not cheap, but is it much easier to work with etc.. thanx

I have bought a new driveshaft with Z1 Motorsports , the problem is, the back part of the driveshaft, is thinner than the origicinal one , and the old screw are not "threaded" on the entire lenght. So , the screw can t be tighten !! I don t know what to do ..... if someone has installed this sort of driveshaft, what is the solution.

As my det sensor is missing, will I be on knock fuel/timing maps all of the time?

:cry: the car has developed a problem, when starting from cold it runs realy ruff chugs like a good un once you've done about 1.5 miles it clears but tonight just before it cleared a red light came on the dash on the left hand side now i don't have a manual but to me i9t looked like a symbol for a catalytic converter :cry: anybody any ideas plz plz plz :cry:

Saw a black 300 with a small spoiler, gold writing on the side, maybe black alloys, just going past leicester forest east services on the m1 yesterday (23rd nov, probably about 4pm)
