Ok im alot closer to buying my Z now, just getting the cash together by the end of the month and im good. Unfortunatly this means having my first RWD car round mid december... Can these cars be used in nasty conditions? its a N/A manual, so no worrys bout auto box or turbos kicking in mid corner... The other thing is, How reliable are they? do they often break? I wouldnt imagine so being a jap car.. Also, Who was the guy who spoke to me about the garage WCS in Costessey Norwich? Pete

I've managed to get a clutch pedal and servo thing, but no luck with the vacuum tanks and piping. Does anyone know how this lot works, and do you actually need 2 vacuum tanks? And where do the one way valves fit. It all looks a bit complicated just to work one servo. I'm thinking I could just knock something up with just one tank and one valve?

I am just in the last stages of fitting the upper adjustable drivers side link arm when I find the powertrix adjustable link arm is just slightly wider than the third link it fits into as shown in the pics below. Did you guys who have fitted these some how open up the bracket slightly or file a bit of either the collets or the bracket?? I have read the brackets are handed but I have tried both ends of the link arms and neither fit in between the bracket?? Cheers in advance for any replies.

Has anyone fitted the shim kit ? reason I ask is I took the car into tyre firm to find out how far out the camber was and it was pretty even on both sides, too much positive camber. Fitted 2mm shims both sides, took car back to be checked/ tracking adjust and the camber was spot on for the left but a mile out on the right again too much positive camber. luckily they are a good bunch of lads and they don't charge for just checking so after a bit of banter they suggested taking the shim out of the right hand side, has anyone else had this problem with the shim kits ?

Anybody know how I can make the 'dump' louder on my Blitz BOVs...I think they are meant to be adjustable. I'll only keep them loud for a while until the novelty of the car working wears off!!!! :p Thanks Rob

I had a nastie scare today. I had agreed to pick up a friends daughter from the dentist and take her back to school not a diffucult task I'm sure you would agree. All was going fine untill a bus coming in the opposite direction for some strandge reason made a sudden stop. The rover following it was far too close to stop. I heard the brakes and saw it swing out wide to avoid hitting the now stoped bus. The Rover came skidding straight at me. The young girl in my car screamed and hid her face in her hands as I performed a emengency stop. The Large BMW behind me only just managed to stop good job he was watching. I thought my Zed as about to be sandwiched between …
