Finally the weather clear up and got a chance to film a quick sound clip of the new (to me) exhaust. Hope you all like it.

Ok so before I commit to anything this year i need to make sure my car is tip top mechanical condition. First question is do NA rear disks fit a TT. I have aftermarket wheels with a bigger offset if it makes a difference. If yes then will they be okay if they have been sat for ~6months and have some surface rust but i would prefer to use them as they are slotted. (will the integrity of the disk be compromised are being sat?) Roughly how much will a full set of disks and pads be? Should i get ceramic pads or some upgraded ones? What tyres for strictly road use? And finally I need a pair of front coilovers as one of mine is cracked if anyone has…

hello, So being a numpty I may have broken my airbag. Taming the wheel off, I missed the lower connector which connets the wheel to the airbag thing behind the wheel and when I pulled the wheel off a trail of ribbon fell onto my lap..... I have wound it back up and clipped it on again, but I am wondering if this has now blows my airbag stuff up... bit worried to reconnect teh wheel and battery now! Not really sure how an airbag sensor works.... Any advice?

So when I drive my car (left hand side steering wheel I live in Canada) there is random radio noise on the left no words just weird radio sounds and it's only on the drivers side speaker the 2 back and the passenger speaker doesn't make any sound does this mean I have a busted speaker or does it mean it's the radio itself I bought the car not to long ago and it had a new radio in it could it be the wires are sort of disconnected Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi Guys ive got a TT Auto and it seems like its idling on 5 cylinders then when you drive it over a certain rpm it seems ok until im waiting at lights or junction and the revs drop to which its lumpy again and some times stalls. What should I be checking that could cause this issue.......Car was serviced tonight with all fluids/filters & plugs but no difference? Thanks Taff

Hi guys, busy taking out the headlights and want to know what's these plastic pipes for ? and can I get rid of them, as they don't look like they're doing much??

I'm in a bit of a really irritating pickle here. Since i changed a left side rear bulb (for correct bulb), I can get all lamps working except nighttime running lights. Brake, indicators and hazards all work as normal, and all four upper bulbs come on when I hit the brakes, so I know all bulbs are working. I've checked fuses in all the places I know (there are only 3 fuseboxes, right?) . I'm now stuck for driving after dark with no lights at the rear. I'm now toying with the idea of removing the connector and connecting the wires direct, and seeing if it's that works (even though everything else works through it), but before i do that, can anyone enlighten me on som…

Hi just orderd a 2 point rear upper stut bar for the zed it goes across the middle of the back window above the normal position of the rear strut bar. Just wonderd if anyone has this bar and are there threaded holes where they bolt in .don't surpose this is gona tighten anything up much just for looks .being a slicktop too .It's made by a company called ultra racing .

This is a little complicated. My car is a combination of parts from 3 different vehicles. My shell is a 1990 import, everything else is off a n-plate 95 import, manual transmission, engine, wiring loom etc etc. My instrument cluster is from a UK spec 1990. Any ideas folks??????

Hi All, I have a 1994 z32 tt manual I've just changed the clutch for a stage 3 item purchased on line from the states My question is are there different release bearing carriers? The original bearing was pressed home as far as it goes if do that with new bearing it doesn't contact pressure plate to release I've pressed it to the front edge and it now works but doesn't look right in my eyes There is no difference in the height of pressure plate or depth of bearing Any help

Yep, yet more queries from me here! In the very near future, I'll be upgrading my entire exhaust system - it's currently stock to the rear axle, with Powerflow backboxes. As I'll be upgrading the turbos a little in the future, it makes sense to have a suitable system behind them in readiness. So I'm currently debating 3" downpipes, 3" to 2.5" testpipes and the rest of the system at 2.5" - is the 3" bore likely to be overkill on what will ultimately be a fairly mildly-tuned car? I've done A LOT of reading up this morning on the available 3" downpipes and the choice seems to be limited to a pair from Speciality Z or a pair from AMS. I've come across a lot of …

Just testing the water to see if anyone on here would be interested in buying my wheels, i've seen another set I like but would like to know I have a buyer for this set first there 19" but would be wheels only not tyres they are in great condition with no kurbing at all ,I have noticed a very small stone chip on one of the rear spokes but does not stand out and no one has ever pointed it out. I'm looking around the 350 mark

In the future (although I'm not sure when in the future), I'll be looking to upgrade my turbos. Primarily because I think the seals are on the way out on one of them, but also because a little extra grunt would be nice. I don't want anything overly lairy and I'm not going chasing big power or anything like that. I also think I'd like to keep the 4-bolt pattern and I'm aware this somewhat limits my choice. So what sort of recommendations have people got for something a little tastier than the stock snails, and what sort of price are we talking please? Go! :)
