I think my MPG is crap, what are your thoughts? On a recent motorway run I did 350 miles for £60. Around town though I get 60-70KM for £10? Is this right or not?

I thought this was a nice modern update to a classis aftermarket bumper - 99spec front indicators. A more modern shape than the older versions. First time I have ever seen them fitted to an aftermarket bumper.

im after a 300zx soon i think. Z32. MUST be a manual. however the im a little bit paranoid the petrol is going to be a bit too silly for me. is there much different between the Twin Turbo and the Natrual aspirated models, in terms of petrol consumption? i currently have a stage 1 200SX, S13. how would both the NA & TT compare to my S13? thanks in advance

ok here we go again, guys, how much am i looking at to get new turbo's fitted at zedworld anybody got any ideas and what turbo's are they likely to fit' cheers. zed only been off the road 2 days and its killing me

Hi all i'm posting this for an elderly gent who just bought my UK clocks for his jap TT, very nice chap but i think he's been given bad advice. He says none of the dials work on the clocks he has bought from me, he said the origional clocks also didn't work except the boost gauge and the replacement clocks he bought before mine also do not work. He also says he has no power steering and the guy who sold him the car said this is because the clocks don't work??? I don't see why his power steering won't work because of the clocks, he is going to change the speed sensor on his gearbox as someone suggested but i can only see this maybe fixing his speedo and nothing else. I was in my Golf, and when i passsed you Beeped, waved and flashed my Hazards!! I nearly came to work in the Z this morning and only wish i had now! You peeled off at 32 and went up the A470? I'm TubZ...I pulled up at the lights to give you my card but you were too far back!

Is it me or just my car!! When I go round an island and accelerate while going round, there is hesitation, never any other time? Does it have something to do with the gear box oil sloshing about?

my speedo has decided to play up, its stuck off the end 180+ now if i really put my foot down the speedo goes back :confused: any ideas ppl?

any ideas before I start pulling it apart?

My windscreen got a chip and needed replacing. RAC Auto windscreen did it and my insuance paid (shouldn't affect my NCB or premium etc). I paid £60 exces but apparently it would have cost over £1000 if I was picking up the whole bill myself. Almost makes the four years of comprehensive cover I've paid for since I got the car worth while!

Anybody able to tell me where to find the "300zx Enthusiast companion" book. Any help much appreciated.

Hi. Can anyone recommend a decent car cover, preferably from experience of owning one... neatly wrapped around their 300ZX? I'm not too bothered what it costs as long as it does the job without marking my pristine paintwork. I considered one of those tent things, but I don't think it'd survive where the car's parked - bit of a wind-tunnel down the side of the house. Ta in advance.

ive got the improved headlights but its still like driving with candles even with main beam.

Well i've started off by buying a sound car with a lot of potential but i need to make my mark on it otherwise it will always be Jim's car to me. I know i never got very far with my last car but i decided moneywise this would be a better investment to get it to the show car i want. It's still following the black top on candy purple base concept i designed but with a twist. The bodykit that's on already is spot on, i'll just tweak it to fit a bit better and add the matching rear diffuser that's missing from the back. hiii what the difrant between n/a & TT gear box (manual) becuase i change my Z tt gear box to n/a gear & i see the RPM going up than TT orginal gear box becausa i have a broplem with old gear box & i have n/a gearbox befor in 100KM Rpm 2.5 X1000 naw in 100km rpm 3 :cry: :confused: ?

i was drivin through molton/northants today when i saw a stunnin black zed so i pulled over and asked some guys whose it was as you do this one guy said it was his so an hour later i left he said he is a member on here called big ben his zed is very nice he had a brand new paint job in black with loads of fine specks in. black 18s limo tints all round a full mongoose ex apexi ind and a cool z nose cone and it was the exact same model as mine and hes a top guy

Did anyone see me leaving japshow as i saw lots of zeds and flashed you all and you all flashed back. :hyper: it makes a change most of the zeds round my way ignore you!!

I went into my boot the other day and noticed that there's a dip stick sort of mechanism on the left hand side, just next to corner. When i removed it, it read 1/4, 1/2 and full!!! There wasnt one on my uk spec....... Anyone got any ideas as to what it is and what it does???
