1992 pearl white uk tt manual with black leather k****cba

Im trying to figure out what electrical problems I could have with my A/T, what code should I have on the A/T ecu sticker? Its a 1989/1990 jap import. If its not the ecu, what other problems would cause the A/T to only select 1st and 2nd 70% of the time. If I pull off in 2nd gear it will move up a gear but if I pull of in normal mode ie 1st gear it will change up to 2nd but not 3rd?? Any help would be very much appreciated.

I bought a set of Apexi Twin Chamber Blow Off Valves from someone on here a while ago. I've only just got round to fitting them. I found this fitting instructions: http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/tech/bov/bov.html But it says that you need to block off one of the pipes. It states that the plugs should have been supplied with the valves but when i bought them, i never got any plugs. Does anyone know where i can get a set? :headvswal:headvswal

I need to adjust my timing and wondered if anyone had a timing gun i could use?? I'm in Ealing west London so could come to anyone in reasonable distance??

Is that Normal. Is it the Mitsubishi Electrics company rather than an incorrect component from a GTO or something???

Well i have now had the pleasure of driving both TT's & NA's as an owner and can honestly say the NA is bloody great as well :hyper:....different in the way it pulls you about but i really like it...it still shoves you back in your seat and gives a really involved driving experience...i'm pleasently surprised so any TT owners on here thinking NA's are the poor brother of the TT you better go drive one :)

buying a import 300zx this weekend, plan on increasing the boost a little. Asume they run 10PSI standard?? can the standard fuel pump handle say 14PSI?? my S13 needed a walbro, as the standard one cudnt provide enuff juice on demand (feel car holding back) also is the ECU have fuel cut? (its a Jap car, converted to MPH)

I have an 1993 L reg jap 300zx tt manual, the rear seat belts are just lap belts and the front belts are attached to the doors, my old car which was a 1992 uk tt manual and the front seat belts were on the pillars and had 3 point belts in the rear, is my car older than what it says on the logbook, if so what year?

hi all i got a prob i fitted an alternator belt and then i started the car it ran as normal i turned it off then went out 10 mins later now the fooker wont start:headvswal any ideas ?yes its gt fuel :) and i can smell it when i turn it over doesnt seem to be firing now:rant:

I had my car resprayed last year and was very happy with the job, however six months later rust started to come through so i took it back and they fixed it for me, however another six months later the rust bubbles are coming back... Is the only way to permantly fix it to have new metal welded in? If so, how much should i be paying to have this done? cheers guys

Hi all I have just boght a TT import and it has lap belts in the back. Is there a conversion to 3 point belts out there ?

After totally shagging up fitting the clear rear lights, ie, doing it with a hair dryer, then blowing it up, put the lenses back as the black glue had already hardend. Many thankyous to Mr Isherwood, for the advice re using the cooker. Now looks perfect......... Cheers Stu

what would a general price be of supplying and fitting an NA subframe and doing away with all the hicas crap, would it eliminate all the silly bushes that make my ass wobble any prices with supplying parts and just labour would be appreciated as im trying to sort my suspension, im seeing if this is viable ATM cheers allan

hey people i have purchased from "flea-bay" a sandwich plate for my oil temp gauge, and been advised that this is NO GOOD (dumps oil because the seals are s**t). anyway, i have been told that you can get a sump plug with an attachment for a sender unit/switch for an oil temp gauge, which is a much safer approach. problem starts here!!! i have search the net, to no avail! where can i get one of these sump plugs with the connection for an oil temp sender connector??? any help guys? cheers, alan.

My 300ZX has developed an odd problem with the ABS. Everytime I come to a stop the ABS kicks in just as I slow to about 2 miles/hour, I can hear it whirring away behind the drivers seat. It's like the ECU senses the wheels are coming to a stop but doesn't sense that I'm already at a very low speed. No warning lights are showing. This used to happen on very rare ocasions but now happens every time I stop. I have bled the fluid at the ABS unit and no air was present. I've also checked the LED on the ECU and no error codes. Any ideas?

what you got? or what you thinking of getting? or what do you think you might think about getting but you havent quite got round to deciding whether youve thought hard enough about what to get and therefore cant choose? or what did you have? and stuff... etc... recommendations :confused:

Hi guys My car has been blowing slightly warm air for about a year so i decided yesterday to get the air con recharged> All was fine when i got it back as it was blowing ice cold air but when i tried it today and put the temp to 10 and pressed auto its back to warmish air again? I was told there was no pressure reading on the air con specialists machine when he done it and he said that the could possibly be a leak and it might only last a few days or weeks before it goes warm? Has anyone else had a problem like this and if it is leaking is it an expensive repair the air con is needed these days with the warm weather we get lol
