NOW WHAT,ALL FLUIDS DRAINED RADS OFF AIRCON STRIPED OUT STARTER OFF PROP OFF GEAR BOX UNBOLTED EVEN THOUGH COULD ONLY FIND 7 BOLTS NOT YET SPLIT ALL PLUGS AND WIRES AND PIPES UNPLUGGED GESS IM NEARLY READY FOR THE BIG LIFT ,,,,,,,HAVE I MISSED SOMETHING AND DO I SLPIT BOX FROM BLOCK OR LET GRAVETY TAKE OVER? AND THANKS TO EVERYONE IN HELPING ME ON HERE TO GETTING THIS FAR. :hyper:

my is a little smokey when first started and then stops when warm, the smoke isnt very bad and thinkin is this just condensation in the exhaust? any help much appreciated

have a little hard breaking wobble similar to that I had in my other zed when I got it which went after changing the tension rod bushes. I had the whiteline ones last time I see zcenter are selling es ones now which are in 2 parts. Would these be easier to fit or is it better to get the one piece pressed in ones?

Does anyone have the link for a how to bypass the det sensor any sort of guide will do really.

Whilst car was being worked on, I had huge smic's fitted, the aftermarket bumper wont allow for the indicator to fit back in the hole, I want to mesh the hole to allow for better cooling, what indicators can I get and where would I put them, I have taken a couple of pics, any suggestions would be much appreciated. what dictates working limit of a turbo is it the amount of air it can compress, or is it the amount of air it can suck.would a ram air system help a turbo work more efficiently.

Put the mines ecu in my 95tt this afternoon. One thing I immediately noticed is that it takes longer to start the engine. I have to hold the key for twice as long before it fires up. Is this expected/known about? I can't imagine it being to do with the ecu relearning?

Just got back from the inter club RR day, and after deciding to run mine I can tell you I am very happy:hyper: It managed 385.8 Bhp With 420 lbs Torque:bow: was expecting around 370bhp, so was surprised and pleased with the result. Will take a pic of result and post up shortly:cool:

Well i'm not a happy bunny....:cry::cry: When i had the car sprayed about 9 months ago, the sprayer (a mate) said that the rear bumper flexed while putting it back on and got a couple of spider web cracks in it... he said if i got a fiber glass one he would spray it for free.... ok no probs i thought, then the rear pannel at the back cracked, where the third brake light used to be... grrr and where the door handles were smoothed the drivers side is startng to show the out line.... lastly there are a few cracks around wherethe LED lights were blended in, so thought i would get it all sorted in one go, a new rear bumper get the cracks ground and filled and the door sor…

Just got my car back last night after having forged engine replacement inc tubs, ic's, pistons, injectors, pully's, clutch, flywheel etc etc, had 170 mile journey ahead of me, the car ran superbly without a hitch, a bit frustrating though because couldnt test it out as I have to run it in a bit, it's only running at 1 bar at the moment using boost jets, but I will be changing to boost controler in the near future. The only niggle I have is the rps racing clutch, its like standing on a stepping machine set at the hardest level lol, wont take long to get used to it though. Thanks again to Chris and the boys.

Chaps and chapettes, hope your all good and read this in the best of health, I might encounter some bias here but I'm in a dilemma, was going to see a GTO tomorrow after having sold my FTO recently when I thought 'why don't I buy a 300zx?!' After having this though my mind has gone into overdrive and I don't know whether to go see the GTO tomorrow for which I had the cash ready! Basically I need to ask this - which is better aesthetically in your opinion -answer with no bias =/ Also I kinda know my stuff about the GTO in terms of economy and insurance, do you think these 2 will be much different with the z? Which one of those should fit my Z It's a jdm N/A. I bought h3c after looking back through the forum but the ones i took out seem to have h3U written on them. The bulb i took out has a white "tail" and is considearbly shorter than the first but when i plug it into the loom it still lights up. can i keep using them?

Ive changed the oil and filter a few days ago also put an additive in with the oil which claimed extra power and better mpg. No improvment on power but iam getting more mpg. On £20 of petrol i usually get 40-50 miles depending on the way i drive, but after the oil change iam getting over 60 miles to £20 of petrol. I know petrol has come down a bit but iam still getting mpg well chuffed.

Can some one tell me please as to why when I look at the near side of a 300zx 2+2 Z32 the petrol filler flap is in front of the rear wheel and passenger door whilst others are 300zx's are to the rear of the rear wheel?? :bow::bow:
