:slap: I've got the revs on my recently manual converted Z to drop to around 1,000 (the old ground pin 44 on the ecu ploy!!) but now I've tried a bit of DIY tuning :slap::nono: and the revs are uneven........ before I fook it up any more, is there any place fairly near to me (Watford) where I can get her plugged in and tuned properly??? :hyper::hyper: P.S. Loving the "Manual" :hyper::hyper:

Since the car was resprayed, I am now the proud owner of a swimming pool in the passenger footwell... Not only that I have water collecting in the tim where the spoiler is bolted to the car.... The body shop have ceased trading...probably because they are crap and do a p155 poor job.... anyway... Can anyone point me in the direction of new rubbers...door, targa, etc.... basically I think I'm gonna replace all of them. Thanks Chaps and Chapesses. Regards Paul

Hi, I'm keen to learn the practical side of building engines, i have good basic skills. Helped my dad build a number of engines, just not one by myself: I've got two questions: - Is the VG30DETT too complicated engine to do my first solo? - What was your first engine build, what would be a good cheap engine to rebuild before attempting the ZX? Regards, Ste

Went to clean my throttle bodies today to see if I can sort my high idle problem out, started cleaning them with a toothbrush and the dam thing snapped, tried taking the throttle body off but diddnt know how to take it completely off so I looked up on the internet and found that I could access the toothbrush by removing the balance bar, anyway, I managed to get the toothbrush out, I tightened the throttle body back up and put the balance bar back on, my question is, will I need a new gasket for the throttle body and what is the best sealant to use to seal the balance bar back up as their is now an air leak? The idle is still a little high, just above 1000rpm, I think it m…

ive nearly done all i want to my car, performance wise. (apexi filter, chiped ECU, decats, full exhaust, boost jets @ 15PSI) im estimating the car to be 340 BHP most ive ever done in it was about 150mph, and i wasnt really trying. im want to see how fast i can go, as 150 is the fastest ive ever gone in a car. im aiming for 170 mph, asuming this is a realistic figure? however i dont want to be pushing the car so hard it blows up! engine or turbos! ive just done an oil change, and the car seems to be running ok at the moment. what have you all managed top end from your cars? anything bad happen?

iv got a 91 Jap TT, (manual of course ;) ) notices today the rubbery standar spoiler is coning away from thre boot. its the part where the badges are, which are all rubber aswell? so the rubber bit is coming away, and is rusty underneath! ive seen other Z's with different tailgate, as if thers an extra bit to follow the lines of the rear lights. ive got this pic (off StellaZ trust doesnt mind) which is the shape mine is. if you look at this one you see what i mean: is there something i can replace the rusty bit with? or do i need a new tailgate completly? they different? or just the lights part?
