Hi all, I'm probably being a bit thick, but when i went to change my main beam bulbs i couldn't get the connector off. Should you just be able to pull it straight off and then be able to remove the bulb or is it a bit more involved than that? I didn't want to just wrench it off and find that i've damaged things. Has anyone got the link to the correct page in the online manual? Cheers, Mark

We i've been working on my z for 6 years now and its close to completion. I had many downturns with the car. But i got to drive it propperly for that first time last week. I originally bought a great gondor panel with a blue light 2 years ago but when i received it a top on the botton right side was broken. My question. Anybody knows anyone else who makes these? I only want it in blue. Great gondor stopped with the panels Ill post pics of my car later this week Best regards Steve

I promise to subscribe on pay day, I think I owe it to the club now I keep asking questions. Right, I finally have my car back after 5 weeks of waiting and a nice bill of over £1,000 in total. But I still have problems. I have had the clutch master and slave cylinders replaced, and the line between them both. Now what I have is a strange hissing noise coming from the clutch when it's not in use, but when it's pressed down, the noise goes away. And the car is idling funny, sometimes cuts out. After a brief search, I've gathered it could be the clutch booster system. And there is a way to resolve this by removing the vac pipe and blocking it? Is this safe to …

I need to replace the rear spoiler on my zed but I can't decide which one to get :headvswal My choice is between an FBglass replica of the original or a 99 spec one. The car is black and I'll be keeping the original front bumper, would a 99 spec look good? I've also heard that the 99spec gives a better view out the rear, is this true? Any comments are welcome.

1. My windows, driver and passenger side have these little metal round things in the middle of which when you wind the windows down, they come into contact with the rubber seals and they are begining to perish.. is there a site or a shop or something where you can buy replacement ones? 2. Just below the rear Spoiler, there is the panel which I'm sure i've seen people putting brake lights into, this is also the same panel where my oem "Nissan Fairlady Z" sticker (which is starting to peel off) is. Where can you get a replacement one? and what is it made out of?.. it seems to be laminated or something and water is getting in behind it?.. That is the sticker and the pan…

i have been pondering the idea of improving dim headlights and have had this idea. if i move my sidelights to the spare space in the indicators and remove original fog lights, then replace them with spots with 55watt bulbs(dipped beam rating) then wire those to my dipped beam and get them alligned correctly it should solve the problem. then the sidelights will work as normal and spots will come on with dipped beam. But would this still be road legal or an m.o.t failure? any ideas people;)

Had a bad accident in the Z earlier. think it's gonna be a write off:cry: Pulled out to overtake a van and the bad end just went, crashed into the first barrier with the passenger back end carried on spinning across the road with loads of traffic about and smashed into the barrier the other side. Lucky nothing else hit us. The Z if about 5" shorter on the front passenger side and a large chuck has been taken out of the passenger rear end My partner smacked her head hard and done her neck and shoulder in. I've done my back in and banged my head:cry: Just had the tracking and wheels balanced, could there of been any problems with this??? I'll post some pi…

Hi All I recently had the front brakes on my zed replaced and when I went to pick up the car she wouldn’t start. The garage was shut and it was late a night with no one around so I called the RAC. He said that the battery was dead and jump started it for me with no problem first time. He stated that the battery was charging ok, but suggested that I drove the car for an hour or so and that would charge it up. I did that and when I got home I turned off the car and then tried to restart her again and she started with no problems. Next day I went out and she was dead again. I used my mate’s car to jump start her (she’s an automatic so no pushing involved here)…
