On the south coast we have palm trees, paddling in the sea, cold beers and bbq's, its been snowing a bit all day but since 5 pm the white stuff has kicked in, roads are shut, trains have stopped, buses have given up, when i got home at 5, the roads were clear, but now its 3" deep and pack ice, taken me 1/2 hour to do a 5 minute journey. Curry cant be delivered, and its still snowing, plus the wind is gusting, and later its due to hit -5, but on the good good side i have plenty of ciggies and stella to get me through. after a bit of advice of where do i stand. I had bid on a decent set of new grooved / drilled front disks for a 300zx tt, the seller is a very active ebayer with a score over 19k. Starting bid was 99p, i bid £2, next day another guy bids £4, as i want the disks i go to £30. Was watching it upto 20 mins before end of auction, no other bidders or watchers, all of a sudden i get a message saying the seller has removed the item for no longer available, ???? then all of a sudden the exact same item is re listed as a new listing. again with a starting price of 99p no reserve. are they allowed to do this, at no point does it state in their add its listed eleswhere.…

we took this pic of my little girl when she was trying on her new dress for her 1st birthday next sunday and my wife put it up on facebook. the shop that sold the dress loved the pic and emailed to ask if they could use it when they got more stock in for there website and facebook page. so tonight the posted up on there facebook page the pic and its had hundreds of like and nice comments. made me feel so proud [ATTACH=CONFIG]69198[/ATTACH]

I had a very surreal day yesterday. I missed a call from my father in law at 11:30and he left a voicemail. It said he had been to a function at No 10 the previous night and left his mobiles there and could I go and collect them for him. I called him back to make sure I had heard right and I had ! 30 minutes later I arrive at Downing St and explain to the police that I have come to collect some phones and they point me to a pedestrian entrance at the side. Being a keen F1 fan,back in December I wrote a letter to the F1 magazine ref Schumacher and won star prize, a Silverstone track day driving a GTR, Lamborghini, Ferrari and a single seat formula Ford. Anyway, I sent the email/letter whilst I was away in Afghanistan and the magazine couldn't reply to me because of our military mail system. When I got back the track experience voucher was waiting for me. Yipee, I've booked and I'm ready to go. I took my seat leon into the main dealer today and was nothing but a huge mistake. The car has now got a misfire so bad its almost undrivable and the garage refuse to aknowledge any fault. Was suppose to have the coilpacks replaced of which they did'nt say they havent done as they are fine and 2 of them arn't genuine seat ones. How can they of checked a coilpack when they claim they havent removed any of them from the car. Soo peeved off as now ive gotta fix there problem.

Went to fit my old stereo from my Range Rover in my zed today... plugged it into the aerial and the iso block and it wont turn on. I can hear the motor going when its plugged in but it will not power up. The fuse seems fine on the back of it. Any idea where I am going wrong? If I plug my old cd player back in it works straight away...

We're flying to Newquay at the start of July for a week. I've already sorted the hire car and now looking for places to stay. We want to stay a couple of nights in each place so we can get to see as much of cornwall as possible. Has anyone got any recommendations for hotels or places to visit? It's my job to arrange it all and I won't hear the end of it if I choose a dodgy hotel!

I need some help guys if possible? Some tw*t keyed my daughters car last night!! If I was allowed to swear 1000 times at this point I would :cursing::cursing: Its on the rear passenger door and quite deep. Ok so hopefully will be going to look at a few cars this week and next, i am totally useless at buying cars and the hubby is even worse!
