a mate of mine sent me this, dont know if you have seen it before Kawasaki zx10 vs modded audi rs6, playing on the german autobahn. Just to give you an idea, average speeds of 133mph over a distance of 31 miles, time taken under 15 minutes. Both driver and rider must be very confident to keep up with each other. But the audi is brutal, i want one. this is part one of 4 (watch them all) Cant believe how quick they both are.

I know I don't come on here much any more but I get news from a Z32 fan page on Facebook and this story popped up today - PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO READ THIS:- http://www.aus300zx.com/forum/announcement.php?f=35&a=28 Being a Father of 4 younglings myself this really hit home with me and I will be making a small donation. The Aus community seem to be rallying round to help this guy and his family get through this ordeal, so I thought I would share it here to see if any of the global Z brotherhood wanted to chip in too. You can also now donate by paypal via enwjohns@netspace.net.au Thanks.

Can someone who has FULL knowledge and understanding of turbos explain what you are looking at on a compressor map and what you should look for when choosing turbos along with what an A/R is and trim. I've heard of choke areas on the map but what does that actually mean? When turbos are referred to as being able to produce 'X' amount of BHP, would that be the same on 1.5litre of VG30DETT engine as it would on say an SR20DETT which is a bit bigger or is it application specific. From what i've gathered, the smaller the turbine the quicker the you spool up to boost but less top end is achievable, and vice-versa on a larger turbine wheel. What differences does the s…

I just got an email form the fair fuel campaign: Because of your support and the help from our backers, we’ve had a string of great successes. Over the last 24 months, we’ve led the fight to see over 9p per litre of Fuel Duty hike’s scrapped. However, despite those successes, we still pay amongst the highest Petrol/Diesel Taxes in Europe and petrol and diesel are still frighteningly expensive. When we checked on Monday, Unleaded was averaging 132.88 and Diesel was averaging 140.50. And now there are stories in the newspapers today suggesting that prices might rocket by 4p per litre in the next couple of weeks. These high prices are still hurting families and bus…

Maybe we should do aa a prime minister swap!! Australia says NO -- This will be the second Time Julia Gillard has done this! She sure isn't backing down on her hard line stance and one has to appreciate her belief in the rights of her native countrymen. A breath of fresh air to see someone lead. Australian Prime Minister does it again!! The whole world needs a leader like this! Prime Minister Julia Gillard - Australia Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia, as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks. Separately, Gillard angered some Au…

BBC3 Tonight at 21:00hrs I've just been given a heads up by a mate from 2 Rifles about this programme being aired tonight, it should give a pretty good indication of what this particular tour of Afghan was like and the aftermath and how it effected some of the guys. My understanding is that the programme will focus predominantly on an incident that took place mid '09 at a place called Y68 in Wishtan. Y68 is about 300 yds from the FoB walls and it's where guys from 9 Plt C Coy 2 Rifles were hit by an IED whilst conducting a CASEVAC following an initial IED strike which injured the boss and a few others. The incident resulted in 5 kia and deeply impacted on others…
