  1. Long shot, but there's such an eclectic mix of talented and helpful folk on here, might as well ask :) I'm after an obsolete voltage regulator, number is : SKP06N60, also a data sheet here : http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/infineon/1-skb06n60.pdf I'm after either the original, or an equivalent, I can buy one, but I'm looking at 20 - 25 quid for a little voltage reg, and I'm fixing something for a mate, anyone any ideas? Cheers, Tudor.

This is the first time the 430 has been driven and apart from a couple of niggles,I'm happy how it drives. First one was smoke coming from the dash vents!!-this turned out to be the blower motor seized up! Also she's running hot, could just be air-locked from when I fitted the new Radiator.Overall a nice drive, not harsh or 'crashy' surprising when it's running 19'' wheels and stiffer springs. Any how enough waffle, this is what I wanted Today-Pics!! Hood down........

  6. i hope its ok to post this link. I'm in the process of sorting my kitchen out and have come round to the replacement cabling part of the job... I have ordered a new kitchen with a ceramic hob and single elecic oven. Originally it was all gas but that has been disconnected now... Basically I can't seem to find a proper answer as to what I actually need for the separate electric hob and oven. Having consulted a couple of people it seems that a single 6mm2 cable will be suitable to supply both appliances. Is this correct? At this stage I'm just running cable under the floor and into back boxes. At the moment the house has a nice 1950's fuse box which I will have replaced in the next few…

Took the del sol for its mot as its been sitting on my drive for nearly a year and a half now. Failed on wiper blades, tyre, track rid end and coil over spring. All easy to get apart from the coil over spring as I don't even know what type they are. So the plans are for some standard suspension on the front till I get the spring so suddenly since its the wife's car I was fine to get a new socket set lol

with so many obscure names on this site i just wondered how people came to have them. obviously some are just using their name but some aren't. mine started because by day i was a mild mannered reporter but at night i donned latex and a cape and saved the city from criminals!! No not really! I mine is just a nickname that started back in my karting days and it seemed to stick with me. Don't think it helped that i have been a bit of a rogue in my past either with the occasional dust up around town! :shifty::shifty: so what about you guys?? any interesting stories?

in the shape of a Pulsar GTi-R :ninja: I had one 8 years ago, so it is nice to drive another and you never see any about (like the Z's!) The missus wanted me to get something she could drive too, so we ended up with a GTi-R. Its a 2.0 turbo 4wd, goes well and grips like fook, running about 300bhp. It'll keep me going until I get another Z :whistling: Will have to get some better pictures and some videos, it sounds nuts on full chat, boosts to 1.2 bar on a forged engine. I guess I'll have to park round the corner at JAE if I havent got a Z by then... lol

Right people, I am going to be doing a monthly caption competition! It wont be always car (or specifically Zed) related and should hopefully be a good bit of fun :) The best answer will get a freebie from me but dont expect a shed load of stuff as I am not as loaded as some of you on here  You can enter as many times as you like, there is no limit or if you dont want to enter, just sit back and laugh at the stupid efforts of you mad bunch :smartass: Try to keep it as clean as you can too.......:whistling: I'll start with a fairly recent topical one of David Cameron's visit to India.......................

Hi guys I know its a long shot but does anyone know of anyway of tracing an old car maybe not the actual owner but just to see if its still on the road and maybe general area? The only reason i want to know is my dad used to have a silver shadow mk2 and sold it when he got ill he spent a small fortune keeping it maitained and it was his dream car. It would be good to know someones still enjoying it and also maybe some day i could buy it back, the other problem is that i only know what the registration number was at the time of sale (WOR 22) and ive got no idea what the reg is now??? As i say its a long shot but there may be some way of doing it Cheer…

The hubby had a outstanding court fine received a letter pay it within 10 days so I did via the telephone payment line it was on the 10th day I paid it via his debit card, well received a letter today saying there is an outstanding £85 to pay rung them with the pay reference number to hand didn't get a chance to give it, the bloke on the phone had a serious attitude problem, anyhow seems that because I paid it on the 10th day they handed it to the enforcementt people the day after apparently (which is a saturday) and now they're saying he has to pay the administration fee of £85 even. Tho the fine is cleared!! I need to ring the courts tomorrow and try and resolve t…
