Hi guys, a mate at work has asked me a question that I'm a bit confused how to answer; he has a website ran by a company with a members section (not what your all thinking) that they pay a few to join. Hes been with them for a few years, and was getting paid every month by them (a fraction of the members fews). Thing is, the past 12 months hes not received anything but is sure he is still getting hits on the site so should be getting members. Is there any way he can check if people are joining and hes being ripped off? I wondered about seeing hits on the members only page maybe? (wouldn't be hugely accurate but would give an idea if there are…

I parked my Merc in Thornton Thief yesterday for about an hour while attending a confirmation. I then drove the car to give it a drink at the shell station and while filling it up I noticed that the wheel dust caps I bought from Speadfreak with the Merc symbol on them had been liberated. I looked on the other side of the car and those were still there. The bad part is the car was dirty and how the hell they could tell they were worth taking is beyond me. Its things like this that just make you want to B!tch Slap someone.

im changing my black trims on me zed i have done some but not all so what is the best to put on them and the rear window trim. its temporay just for JAE i was thinking "back to black" any ideas

Me and Mrs CD are thinking of moving house. We've seen a nice one - but it has a low ceiling in the living room - apparently we could get the floor scraped away. Does anyone know if this is a big job (ie approx cost) on a room approx 15X25 feet (lots of beams in the way too)? Also it has a thatched roof. It's just had some interim work but sounds like it's half way between the 25 year overhauls - doea anyone know what they cost, roughly? Cheers!

Been thinking for a while of getting a evo sell one of the z`s or both depending on which evo. the question is on the motorway which is better around the 70mph to 150mph mark will one pull from the other etc...i understand with diff mods etc..it will be diff.or do i save and get a gtr

Just seen 4 convertable zeds on autotrader site they seem to be getting fairly common now one is only up for 4.5k.Theres also a 98 spec 2x2 aswell.

Got a price to get the inserts done in chrome today for £120 the pair ,it is done with electroless chrome ? .It will take a few weeks to do as the bloke is going on holiday will let you know the outcome soon .

Hi All Cant seem to find anyone who will quote on a 1989 Import TT! All the standbys like Carole Nash, Norton etc nolonger handle imports- apparently because of the number of claims! As soon as I say 1989 they know it is an import as they only list from 1990 (UK)- however the ones I spoke to said that if there was on a claim on a later year one and the insurace company found it was an undeclared import, they may not pay out! I have two other policies with 100% no claims etc so no problems there. Does anyone have anyone else I can try- pleeeese!!! Regards Dave

On entering the show there was a bloke with a tripod and camera, took a photo of each car and they were selling mugs and keyrings with your picture on it. I bought a mug for £8 and they said would take about a week to produce and arrive. Its now been two weeks and nothing has turned up? Anyone else get one?

pretty much sold my zed for 6800 as a guy gave me £200 deposit today. im after something different and not standard with fairly high bhp or highish and light. so 6800 pay of my credit card 2k 4800 left but will prob look at spending around 4k possibly anyone with any good advise on what to buy. rather something reliable or easy to work on liam

I might sell the fridge later on in the year i dont know, to be honest im sort of hoping nobody makes me a good offer LOL cos it will break my heart to see it go after doing all the bodykit myself. Its just how long do you keep one car for? Ive had it about 6 years now and there are other cars i would like to own at some point so i might have to let it go. Although its got to go, I think I'm really going to miss the Zed. I've done about 200miles over the last few days and its been absolute bliss. Perfect weather, the roof off, good roads and the Zed has been flying. I'm prob going to look at some cheap BMW 3 or 5 series Tourers at some point this week. At least I'll be warm and comfy over the winter! The rex will fill the gap in terms of performance and thrill but nothing will replace those sunny days with open roads and the roof off in the evening sun :bow: Rodders you're going to be a very happy Zed driver! On another note, does anyone drive BMWs here? is it worth looking at a 525i tourer that has 200k on the cloc…
