Not much, but I'm getting the tailgate and rear bumper resprayed soon as there are belmishes on them and I want the thing to look as near-perfect as possible. Can't decide if I want to keep the smooth de-spoilered look of mine. I like it, but something's telling me to possibly go lip spoiler. I do like those, but unfortunately, you loose the 3rd brakelight. 99-spec rear spoiler (as much as I like them) I don't think would look right on it, but that's only down to the colour of the car. So maybe I'll keep it as it is. What's people's thoughts on this? I'm not talking the wiper off. Like to leave as much OE functionality on the thing as possible and besides, I don…

Hi mate, I've seen pics of your Z, must say it looks gorgeous. I've always wanted a certain look on the front end of mine and the lip that you have got on yours is something I'm after. So just wanted to know where you got it from. I might have to copy your style abit. :) Do let me know if you dont mind. Cheers.

Went to see a specialist today (alpinair.co.uk) and they were ready to refill the system (which used R12 gas) with R134 gas for £84  And I (twice) made sure they were aware of that fact which gas it used, but they claimed that would not have been an issue. SO anyway it turns out there was a fukin blockage and/or a leak in the system so I cant say it went without problems but if that was the case then that's a bit cheap compared to the prices I've seen in previous related threads. Good deal, I would have thought.

My girlfriend has had a tough past 4 years doing a degree whilst holding down a job. Finally she finished and last Thursday she got her results- a 2:2. Initially over the moon to have passed, she sat down and looked at her individual marks and how the overall mark is worked out, and couldn't believe it. She asked me to work it out seperately and sure enough, she should have got a 2:1!!! Some tosser has worked out her mark all wrong, and if she hadn't checked it wouldn't have been spotted! :smash: :headvswal  :xxx: We're gonna have someone's balls for this...

Hi everyone! I can't get tomorrow off, which is a bit cack, but I've decided that I'm still going to zoom down from Colchester after work and make it for a bit of food (I hope) and plenty of drinking! Believe it or not, it'll be my first ever car show, and I'm looking forward to it, especially seeing all your lovely Zeds! I've been told there should still be plenty of space on the 300ZX stand, so that's where I'll be headed. Is that also where we set up tents etc? And I don't want to sound like a wuss, but I'll be on my own and wont know anyone there, I guess the 300ZX crew will all be together? I'm sure everyone will be very friendly, but I reckon I'll bri…

I'm retiring my S13 for daily-driver-duties asap and garaging it to turn into some sort of track project :D Any ideas for a cheap daily driver to run into the ground? I have a few requirements... :p NOT French - so bugger off AndyP with your Xantia-lovin' Good sized boot, able to lug loads, and possibly pull a heavy trailer. 4/5 doors A few luxuries Manual Not toooo old Estate would be a bonus I'm looking at Mondeos Mk1/2, Vectras, and the like, can't think of much else :wack: - any recommendations? Cheers Pete

Lifted from another forum  As I work next to the Showground for Barclays Stockbrokers and have already headed up there this morning at 4.30am to pick up a few client files and now i'm back home then going back shortly. Headed back at around 7am. On the A1 heading North from London, or North from where the A14 meets approx 5 miles from the turning off for the EOE Showground you'll take, there is a fly over for Yaxley and Norman Cross Roundabout, there is a speed trap there and a mobile camera on the flyover, however it's on the other side of the roundabout looking down so you won't see it till you pass under. Also as you join the A1 from the A14 on…

I wonder how many members will be wearing their posh, new 300ZX.CO.UK Membership ID cards at JAE this weekend. If you don't wear them hear, you'll never wear them. Always good to put a name to the face. We'll be the envy of every other car club there. So don't forget it :xxx:

Just been reading about this on the GTR club. Someone on there is running the new VNT technology turbos adapted to fit the skyline and hitting 1.2 bar by 2500 revs  For people who dont know what it is it stands for Variable Nozzle Technology and is what all the new TDI cars run but they run very high temps at higher revs so OK for a deisel but no good for a petrol car as it revs higher and the EGT temps are too high and the turbo would only last a few thousand miles but as its moved on its been developed further and about to hit the tuning market by storm ;) Some more info http://www.holset.co.uk/files/2_5_1_5-VGT.php i believe the …
