General Discussions - Non 300ZX

Well I just got home from JAE and I have to say I'm furkin knackered. I would like to thank Chunk for organising it for us, Madhamster for feeding us, and everyone else that I spoke to for keeping us entertained. I had a great time and the missus enjoyed herself too, much to my relief. I met a load more folks and found everyone spot on and up for a laugh, it was great, oh and Vince you are a diamond, off your trolley but a top bloke. Sorry I didn't say goodby but I find it takes too long to go around everyone. Once again thanks and well done to all that organised and kept it going so long. Scrawni.

Firstly it was nice to meet a few new faces, as well as some old ones :D Oh, and talking of old, thanks Daz, Don't think Karen likes you anymore ;) My biggest disappointments of the weekend was the lack of some familiar faces :( , the lack of people prepared to stay for the AGM, and the somewhat disruptive behaviour of the Saturday night revellers :rolleyes: Anyway, here are my pics, well the ones I can post anyway ;)

With 4hrs of video to wade through, this is going to take at lest a week to edit! But i did manage a real gem. I spent some time with the drift boys today and one of them let me plaster his car in cameras.... It will make for a real cool little vid.

not like this hot weather?? on a normal day when its cool.... its perfect.. these last couple of days, it over revs, turbo's make a funny whistling noise... (when i'm flooring it) and it just doesn't seem to have loads of power... URGH - I'm moving to Iceland!!! imagine the fun on the ice :dance:

well again i missing one of the best things to happen every year (im talking about JAE) i was really looking forward to going this year and meeting some people that i chat to on here but as per fooking usual ive got too much on, ive got building work to get done and my zed aint out of the bodyshop yet. im quite gutted to be missing out on the event of the year again, but unfortunately ive just got too much going on at the moment so back to the title of this thread, is there anyone else not going to JAE because of some lame excuse like mine so if you would like to join the saddo list put your name and lame excuse in a thread and go and get yourself some s…

looking into getting a bike, trying to get fit :) What sort of things should I be looking for - price is a biggie - must be cheap at the moment. Im 6ft so would I go for a 21" frame? Full suspension? Any makes worth going for/avoiding? Would like something fairly light but I guess cost goes up. Been looking on fleabay at around the £60-£80 mark at moment - like I said - Cheap :)

Anyone got any spare credits they could do a search for me on the 1901 census? I've been getting frustrated wiv my Zed of late..not been on forum much..been busy etc.. what can I do to pep up the Zed..it bog standard Import Manual TT in Red..got custom exhaust though..(rear lip spoiler needs a re-spray) - got gunmetal alloys... feeling bored and begining to look at other cars

was thinking the other day when me and the missus have kids (next couple of years) to get your kids to do stuff that u never got a chance to do? i always thought i had the skill to make it as a footballer (played sunday league etc) but never made it is it wrong to live your life so to speak in your kids eyes?

Does anyone know who does a 6 pot conversation for the 300zx, spoke to Hi-spec and they said i'd need at least 18" wheels, i run enki 17", and they only have skyline fitment calipers etc. thanks
