As you are now all aware, the Club membership packs were mailed out this week. I'm expecting the last ones to drop through your letterboxes either this morning or Monday. One slight problem..... I'm no wheeler-dealer but my old company (EMAP) used to sell shares to employees at a discount. I was there five years so I have quite a few. They dropped 13% today. That'll teach me I guess - but I've lost a fair few bob today. :mad: :cry: Alvin Hall always used to say only keep 25% of your money in high-risk investments and I'll be sticking to that from now (well, once they've climbed back and I've made some losses back :x: )

Just had someone look at the zed. We went for a test drive, talked through the mods and receipts and all that, then pulled it apart and did a compression test which came out 150 on all six ( after checking with two different compression testers because it showed it as being 130 odd to start with in number one cylinder but was the same as the others with the other tester). Anyhows as expected he really liked it and has left a deposit, and is going to pick it up in the next few days or so. I knew I'd be a little sad but TBH I feel absolutly gutted now. I hope I'm doing the right thing as its been the best car I've ever had and never gave me any problems. If I had more money…

Must say, very very impressive for what it is. Big thing, althought slightly smaller than the Galaxy that it replaces. It's a bit bigger than the Zafira. I drove the 2.0DCt Couldn't really fault it generally, few small build quality issues, but generally, very very good and nice and solid. The ST version should be a cracker.
