Not been on here for ages! Just bought a nice NA slicktop to transplant my V8 stuff into. Had a small oil fire in the V8 about 18 months ago and not had a chance to repair it so thought I’d re-shell it as it had always been the plan. Probably run the NA as it is for the summer then transplant over the winter once I rebuild my garage. Anyway, guess there are still a few old faces on here!

Hi, Just joined as I have just started to restore my UK spec 300ZX twin turbo. Have owned the car since 1997, it's a 1993 model in red. So far engine that is still stock fully serviced, uprated clutch ready for engine mods, new brakes front and rear fitted ( 8 pot on front and 4 pot on rear), full respray (mostly back to bare metal) after sills, arches and some under body restoration, new lights all around except headlamps and new later spec spoiler. 18 inch Noble M12 wheels. Will post photos once I know how to. Hope to get to a few meetings and look forward to meeting you all and discussing best places to get engine mods etc Rob.

Hi all, I thought it about time to join the club and introduce myself. I bought and imported my first Z just before Christmas (a UK spec 91 TT Auto) which is currently undergoing registration in Jersey as I write this. I was 16 when this car was born and I remember seeing them at the time and thinking they were the best looking car ever...and I still think they are one of the prettiest to this day. I’m going to make a few mods to it but nothing major as I want to keep her as stock as possible. She already has a stainless exhaust so I’m fitting stainless downpipes and a new air filter. New wheels and brake upgrades will be next and then sound system an…

I hope this post is in the correct section, I'm still a new member and to new members I can't recommend Jim @Powerzed enough, he's had my shed for about 2 weeks and turned it around, nothing was to much trouble for him, kept me up to date with photos and reports, recommendations and the rest. He's a absolute superstar. Well worth the 2 X 400 mile round trips. Thanks again Jim, keep up the top quality work!

Hi everyone. ?️ I thought I'd introduce myself as a new member. I'm currently on the lookout for a 300Z TT manual. I've been trying to decide what to buy next. I will be buying in May/June next year. I currently own a mk1 Eunos and I've had a mk2 RS Roadster, an NA Supra manual and a TT manual Supra, so I thought of something completely different. I've always had my eye on 300Z's, and they look like great cars! I would love to go test drive one right now, but there's no a whole lot of point until I'm ready to get one haha. What are 300Z's like to drive? If I can't find one in the UK, then I will have to import but I'd rather not do this. ?

Hi all, just popping my head over the parapet to see whats going on in here. Am seriously considering a 300ZX as a next car (loving the TT manual SWB that Torque GT have at the minute but feel its over priced for the current market....) Right now, I'm driving a Rev 5 MR2 Turbo (the second time I've owned this actual car) and have a history with older Jap metal - Mk1 MX-5s, Evo 5, 350Z, Supra TT, several Mk1 and Mk 2 MR2s, 2x Celica GT-4s etc etc. Had a few tries with some euro stuff that included a Clio 182, M3, Z3M Roadster, TVR Chimera 450 etc - but keep coming back to Japanese metal. The 300ZX has been on my list (along with others) to own for some time,…

Hello all, definitely feel like a voyeur as I don't actually own a 300ZX, well not all of one anyway... My car is a stage 3 (GT3582 and all the trimmings) '94 Skyline GTST for which I have just invested in an RE4R03A auto box from a Z32TT to replace the standard RE4R01A. The old box is still going strong with a valve body upgrade but I don't want to invest any more in it as I think it is right on the edge of the power it can realistically handle. So, I want to trick the new box out before I fit it (high on the list is a high stall TC, valve upgrades, and eventually a replacement TCM) and can't think of anywhere better to come for some guidance and maybe pa…

A bit about me I'm in IT for a living and I'm also a Motorsport mechanic working on some very trick kit from ex works touring cars to ex works rally cars and special one off builds for time attack and 10 of the best. Hi guys, I have a 1990 black manual TT with 56k, I have taken my old rotting spoiler off due to it rotting and bubbling the paint on it, I have my self a new fibre glass one (same shape with the brake cluster space in the middle), the problem I am having is finding the 2 large square brackets that hang outwards for it, I cant find anything similar apart from ceiling brackets!!! Are these sort of brackets sold on ebay etc... Please help me find them so I can fit my new spoiler on as its fine ass is looking shabby. Thanks. Gaz

Hello All. My name is Joseph Watson. I live in Seattle Washington. I have a 1985 300ZX(Non-turbo). I am searching for a metal brake fluid line that goe from the master cylinder to the Passenger side front caliper. The OEM part number from Nissan is: 46240-01P00. The Nissan dealer here said Nissan doesn't make it anymore. I have checked with local auto parts stores, as well as the major auto parts companies here in USA. None of them have it. Does anyone know where I can purchase it? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions. Regards. Joseph. Email: renjatto@hotmail.com
