Hi All, Just to introduce myself. Am the proud owner of a twin turbo manual that I acquired a couple of weeks ago - have been dreaming of getting a 300zx for several years.... It's UK spec and was converted from auto about 15 years ago. Generally it appears in good condition with very little rust anywhere since it has been garaged for 20 years. However I can't drive it at the moment since just had surgery on my shoulder - may keep it boxed for now and then get it out again in the spring if I can resist for that long! I'll be doing lots of servicing on it since I'm not 100% sure how up to date it is on various fluids and filters etc. The cam belt was done 2…

Hey all. Im new to Z32’s ? Well it’s been a long time since i posted on here. Thanks to Richard Smith and the committee members i’m back on. Ive recently bout John Dixon’s NA manual SWB Slicktop. As i’m a bilateral leg amputee, the manual conversion will be up for sale soon as will the VG30DE. I was just wondering if any of the previous owners might be on here .. last owner has had a number of years and it has not moved a wheel for 10 years .. Hi all I have recently become the custodian of this UK supplied 300ZX, and I'm trying very hard to save it from the breakers yard. I am looking for any tips or advice that will assist me to do this to the correct standard. I would like to get it back on the road, to show it and enjoy it. It has already caused a bit of a stir amongst the local kids who thought it was a Ferrari, but were still wowed by it's great looks and sound. Many thanks Paul

Hi guys Just got myself a 1990 300 tt which had been imported from the UK. Needs a bit of work but basically sound. The normal road tax on a 3 litre machine in Ireland is about €1400 but that drops to €56 after it hits 30 years so it's affordable. There's a decent 300 ownership in Ireland, Z31, 32 and a few 33's and 34's but the Z32's are in the majority. I've signed up here for info/advice and general knowledge and look forward to being around for a while. Great cars and great owners!

Hi all, I’ve just joined as I’m hopefully going looking at a 94 z na this weekend. Is there anything I should be looking out for, it’s got 50k on the clock and has a couple of niggles with drivers window, spongy brakes and looks like the bumper has some small damage. It’s up for 4350 but was going to try and see if I could get it for less as it has those problems.

Hi guys, new to the site, I have my eye on a 300zx project that needs some Work, used to belong to a member on here called ‘grandad jack’ looking at old threads it seems he likes to make cd’s for trips! anyone know the car or the history at alll? I know very little about the car, just that the owner has passed away, I would think it’s a non turbo even tho insurance companies seem to bring it Up as a turbo. Hey all . Just picked up my lifelong dream car . A 2+2 1990 tt red with 100k miles . It's a jap and is in good condition. Has aftermarket japspeed exhaust and intercooler with remap. I need to try and find a timing belt kit for the 120k service . Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction ?

Hi all, Just registered as I'm looking at getting myself a Z... (TT or an NA, with a Manual box). My girlfriend had an accident in my old MX6 and spun her, So I'm looking at something new and improved, faster and much more fun, I aimed at keeping the MX6 for a very long time and spent allot of time and plenty of funds on it, So I would very much like to fun the new car at the same standerd but, I would really like to know about running costs and well known places to obtain spares? I would guess £3000, £4500 would get me something in reasonable condition? Many thanks, Adam

Been away in the world of LR Defenders for a while now (currently on my third ?) but thought I’d resurrect my membership and say hi. My LWB TT is gone, the VH45DE conversion got sold part way through as I needed the money, the spare shell went around the same time and I’m now down to our LWB NA (not to mention a metric fvck-tonne of spares ?) which has been off the road with electrical issues for quite a few years now. Just need to find a decent Z specialist to get her back on the road! Leigh.

Hi all. Well I was an active member on here over 10 years ago but with one thing and another had to leave the 300zx fun. Some familiar names still on here from all those years ago.

I live up near Nottingham and, Well I have always skirted around buying a 300zx but never really knew much about them, other than its beautiful shape. So one came up (it's N/A) and I decided to go for it, it was also the right price with just enough work to keep me intrigued and intersted. It arrived Friday 9th April and it will be getting motd, serviced and added to my collection. I look forward to pecking all your heads about things I should fix or how to's etc and mostly meeting up with some of you.

I've had quite a selection of cars over the years and this is currently my 3rd Z32 (I had 3x 350z and even a 260z RHD! ? ). She is a 1993 TT JDM Import Manual LWB Targa top... Hi all, recently bought myself my first 300ZX S1, 1992 manual N/A in black. I've always wanted one of these ever since I was a spotty teen during the Max Power era of the early 2000s. Now Im 30 and bought one with a few period correct 'modifications', all I want to do is revert it back to factory! Funny how the mind and taste matures... Anyway, along my journey Im hoping for plenty of veteran advice (and parts) and Im looking forward to getting involved and sharing my experiences with one of my childhood dream cars!

Hi All as title says bought one 1989 300zx TT auto that was destined for scrapyard been parked up for a few years guy I bought it from started to do some body repairs on it and then just left it few bits have been removed off it Iam gona try to see if it cranks definitely needs a new fuel pump that’s been ordered and checked all spark plugs there not in a bad state will try and get it cranked tomorrow and post some pictures up of the car and how I get on with it will look forward to the advice I get when I get stuck on something
