Hi All! Im a future newbie to Z cars! Having checked insurance and prices, i recently realised a Z was in my price range, and since then Ive very quickly decided my MX5 is a bit slow! However, since ive only ever seen one on the roads, ive no idea what to look out for! Is there anyone around Leamington or Coventry who wouldnt mind sparing an hour of their time sometime this weekend? I know it'd be really helpful to talk to an enthusiast before looking at cars myself! If anyone can spare a bit of time, id be most grateful! I'm looking at getting a SWB, turbo manual if anyone has anything similar? Thanks in Advance and looking forward to joining the com…

Hello all I'm not a 300zx owner at the moment, but I'm thinking about one for my next car. At the moment I'm driving a 2.2 VTEC Prelude, and have had it for around 18 months. It's fantastic, and a great balance between being fun and practical, and very good as a daily driver. However, I'll probably be faced with a wife wanting babies in a few years, so my time with sporty coupes is limited and I'd like to try one other before the family car era beings... I'll be looking for a sporty coupe with upwards of 250bhp. I'm considering a modified 200sx, but for the money, I've realised I could get a non modded 300zx with more power. I also think the 300zx look…

Hi to you all. I'm new here but here for a specific purpose - I'm looking to buy the best condition, lowest mileage, highest spec 300zx swb I can find and here seems to be the obvious place to start! This is the first and only forum I've joined, so I don't know the format or proceedures, but I'm sure someone will point me in the right direction!

Hi guys, I've just registered and have been reading through the buyers guide section and flicking through the rest of the site that is available. The site looks great, nice and friendly and that buyers guide pages are very good, definitely fills me with confidence that I will hopefully be able to avoid buying a dud! I currently own a 1997 Honda Prelude 2.2vti and have done a fair bit of work to the car myself over my 19months of ownership. The most recent being a full auto to manual conversion using the shorter ratio gear box from the 1999 model with an Accord Type R clutch kit and lightweight flywheel. Here's how she looks at the moment... ...and t…

Hello To All, Hope Everyone's Doing Well, New to this forum, some of you must already know the 300ZX that I've got. It's a JDM TT Automatic that my elder brother, Syed Rahman (previous member of forum) used to own, before it got passed down to me..He's pretty much done everything needed to the engine, before I stuck a body kit on and resprayed it. I'm 22, a full time student, love the Zed to bits, hate driving other cars now! I'm very novice about the zed, so will probably be posting millions of "Help!" posts! Speak to you guys soon.. Kind Regards, Shagor Rahman (Shaggy) :walkman:

Just bought a gunmetal Twin Tubby 300 and will be driving it tomorrow from Milton Keynes to Doncaster, so I'll pretty much be flying up the M1 somewhere after 2pm tomorrow, keep an eye out. Some of you may know me from a few years back when I was in SkylineOwners and GTR Owners with an R32 GTR and you may well know the missus from Celica Owners and Toyota Owners. That was all about 5 years ago before we went out to NZ for 5 years. Looking forward to attending some club events and things soon and really looking forward to the car show season next year. :tongue_smilie:

hey everyone, just wanted to start a nother thread on my zx as my old one was over a year ago and it wasnt on the road back then. Well its now finally on the road, after 2 years on the drive being started every few weeks or so, i bought the car off my dad and got it moted and taxed and now having lots of fun just pottering around in it. I love how it drives being nice and low to the ground and corners superbly ive never drove anything like it, as you allknow the 300zx is a brilliant car to drive, im very happy lol. Mine is a non turbo 1990 h reg manual, i wudlike a twin turbo in the future but im only 20 non turbo is more than enough power for me lol. I think for its a…

Alo I'm new to the fun of owning a zed, I've had mine since October (also my first car). So far everything is going well, took it to zedworld on Friday and got it looked over. Seems as though appart from a new set of tyres on the front everything is great! Had a suprising discovery though that it had been chipped so that I can turn up the boost pressure from 10 to 14psi. What I'm wondering is what will this do to the turbos in the long run? Also how do I even go about changing the current setting? Jim

Hi, been on here a while (great site) just never got around to posting a few pics and introducing myself. Im from sligo in north west Ireland, not to many Zs around here. Ive had my 300zx about a year now, done very little with it just a exhaust, suspension and intake. Just enjoying driving it. Looking forward to being a subcribed member.

Hi everyone my three older brothers have owned and driven Zeds from the 240 upwards for a very long time, i wanted to be the black sheep of the family and stick to normal cars, much to their disapproval. So... i was given a 91 ZX300, N/A manual ...........and wrap me in wool and douse me in bleach....i'm hooked .......line and sinkered. It's the best thing my a**e has had the pleasure to sit never mind drive. I am now complete and find myself tech talking with them now and polishing ... It's almost like i've found religion. The possibilities are endless and being a avid modeller it kind of ticks all my boxes. i HAVE SEEN THE LIGHT Thanks:lol

Hello everyone. At this point in time I'm not actually a 300zx owner, but chances are I will be very soon. Before I make a purchase I do have several questions, however, some relating to the car I am interested in (i.e. it's value, whether it's worth it etc) and the insurance (of which I am having difficulty finding anyone to back me for a reasonable price). If someone could point me in the right forums for these inquiries I'd be grateful. Cheers, JB.

Hi all, i have found myself a nice 93 manual tt swb in silver and just wanted to offically say hello to all and looking forward to putting my own mark on it. Of course she has a few issues with a couple of dings here and there. Interior is pretty mint apart from steering wheel looks like its been chewed by a dog. seats and everything are like new. My biggest problem is its only running on 5 cylinders.. but at the massively discounted price i bought it for i couldnt pass up the opportunity to own a SWB after owning a tt auto and a tt manual lWB in the past. i drove it 220 mile home and apart from the missing cylinder it feels really good. any how now on…
