Hi All, Just a quick intro. Have owned Z's for about 7 years. The first one I had to have put down as it had been used and VERY abused. I did throw some time and money at it but it needed putting out of its misery. The second one I bought as an Ex Nissan show car {pinch of salt}, although it did have 42K on the clock and was pristine inside and out. This is the one I plan as a keeper as she is a sound starting point. Don't plan to change her too much changing the front to a '99 spec bumper and but had the rear wing carbon fibre wrapped to match the wheels. {Thinking of taking it off now though as she is being resprayed within the next few weeks}. Had a silver 300zx N/A a couple of years back, but exchanged it for a GTO. Have just brought a blue convertable which I am in the process of putting back on the road. Shame summer has just finished!!

What's up everyone, I just bought me a 300 twin turbo this last weekend. It's been used, abused, and unloved. She definitely is going to be a project to get back to her amazing self. How I got her No front bumper Paint is a disaster, there were stickers everywhere that were taken off that messed up the paint. It was a disaster. Sills are covered in rust AC, cruise control, and all that don't work. RH door jiggles at high speeds Everything in the center including the lighter was taken out A loose shift knob with the engine start button was put on, was never hooked up so the button is just there for no reason Sometimes while turning left the car dies…

Hey. All I have just bought my first 300tt 2+2 manual, targa in midnight purple (not sure of official name but thats what Skylines are called :-))from Japan. Not had an import since 2008 so eagerly waiting for it to come across. I am a Jap nut and had loads of standard and modified cars. When I receive my car I will endeavour to come to meets and bean active member, but I have a young family so it might be difficult to convince the misses that I want to clean my wheels rather then go out with the family :-) Anyway I will get some pics up but I will be lurking about until 2 month when I receive it!

Currently looking to buy my first 300ZX after liking them for a long time, previously been a Supra guy but now switching teams :P Currently hoping to find myself a LWB auto TT in either black, dark grey or dark blue, sadly as that's quite specific I haven't been having much luck with eBay/PH/AT/etc but fingers crossed that should improve and I will become an active member of the forum :)

Eventually after many years I have got my 300zx . It s a 1990 jdm fairlady n/a manual .. Got it of a guy here in Northern Ireland . Car been stood up a while not running . So this is my new project . So much u want to do with it . Can't wait to have her all sorted . Just new brakes all round , plug s , oils , new wheels , coil overs . Getting the interior fully re trimed . Car has full stainless system at present which sounds brill . Really are such a drivers car and so glad I purchased . And look forward to meeting and getting to know all you like minded 300zx lovers .. :clap: excited just a tad lol

Hey me again . Just got zed yest so rang my insurance this morning to change car over and they wouldn't touch it lol . Never had insurance trouble before . Am 32 and no claims . So need to find someone to get this insured ASAP . Any info and help be greatly appreciated ;(:death:

Hi everyone, I bought my first Z a few weeks back from a fellow forum member but only getting around to introducing myself now. It's a black TT auto that needs some tidying, hopefully with some time and money I'll have it sitting how I want it. I haven't had much of a chance to drive her yet as I've been busy with work but the little driving time I did have I found very enjoyable. So far I've found this site to be very helpful and informative and I'll be sure to post some pics up of my car when I get a chance to get her cleaned properly.

Hi everyone, It is nice to meet you all here. I've owned my 300zx for almost a year now and the experience has been wonderful and inevitably involved some ups and downs... The mods so far: -Ab Flug Cat-back -Selin Dual Air Intake -Splitfire Coil Packs -Data System Hiper Chips with boost jet upto ~14PSI -Prodrive GC-010E Photos will be up soon once I have figured it out. Hi All, I have had my 300ZX LWB Auto to Manual for 8 years now. Its been off the road and stored in my garage for 7 years mainly because I had a bad experience with a mechanic called Ryan from ZTEC. I lost faith having spent a large amount of money for Ryan to trash my car. The last straw was when I went over a humped backed bridge and the lower cross member dropped off the mounting studs because the lower front suspension cross member had not been bolted back on (after a auto to manual conv.) and it was just sitting on the threaded studs!! I thought it was going to end horribly, but luckily I managed to stop. I considered selling the car, thinking that the Zed…

Took after my dad who owns a lwb auto twin tub (user SimAx on here I believe), went for a manual imported in 2006 for myself and couldn't be happier!
