While waiting on some definitive answers regarding the above problems:tongue: :innocent: I said I'd have a crack at removing the spoiler:innocent::whistling: Well, I can safely say that after an hour, some very sore fingers and a bit of brute force, I've managed to get it off in one piece :thumbup: I have to say that this never ceases to amaze me regarding being abandoned for 6 years and out in all conditions for 11 years, the tailgate is in great condition :clap:

Am I right in thinking that my car doesn't have AIV valves and solenoid?? I have only 1 solenoid in the drivers side, would this be the EGR solenoid and if so as my EGR is deleted, can I just pull this out?? What pipes need blocking?? The top vac hose is running to the top metal pipe on the plenum, the middle is connecting to nothing and the very bottom one runs to the bottom metal pipe on the side of the plenum. Also, I have an extremely stiff gear change, this is at the lever, is this one of those short shifter gear sticks or a standard one?? It goes into gear easy, just the gearstick is hard to move?? Removed the centre console to reveal lots of broken plastic!!! I don't think this can be replaced though without buying a full dash, can it??

Ok, so just found another disconnected pipe, this runs from a pipe at the back of the drivers side headlight and looks like it's meant to hook up to the balance bar??? Should I disconnect the one that is not going to anything and hook this up??

Right, back on track, today fitted a new coolant temp sensor (gauge), fitted the powder coated manual balance bar but found a few hoses not connecting to anything or blocked off?? Anyone any ideas??

He does the bolt kits also... Ah crap!!! (I see where this is going!!) I'll see about a group buy for the bolt kits for the 7 people who ordered the throttle covers, Don't know if the extra weight and items will add to shipping costs though:scared: We'll see:thumbup:
