  1. One word for you matey .... Bodymech, If I lived in the UK, I would be going straight to Allan as he has vast experience in repairing and painting these cars. He's done Manta v8's and Hollings cars, just to mention a few. At the very least, you can be assured of a perfect job with a perfect finish. Id say Keith (KJZ32) would also be up to the task also. These are both guys that know their way around these cars, they know what to look for and how to repair them properly. Find out how much to do the job properly and take your time saving up a few quid that it can be sorted once and for all. That's what I'm doing at the moment, putting a few quid aside each payday to get my last few engine bits and a full respray. I was just planning on getting my parts painted and fitted to the original car, but I'd rather wait a bit longer and have it done properly :thumbup1:
  2. That car is going to look savage:punk: Anymore pics of the full car??
  3. Yeah mate, I was thinking the same, Where are you Tulip?? hope all is ok with you:thumbup1:
  4. Just met a sound guy with a NA Z, had a good chat for an hour and a half on all things Z and sold him a few bits and bobs. Told him about the club and the benefits of joining, think he might be introducing himself on here later on:thumbup1:. His name is Shane and he's Dublin based, so not far from either me, Jay or Trish. Anyone heard from Trish lately??
  5. Yeah I got mine from eBay and they're blowing, tight fit also:thumbdown:, I'm going to make some up out of a sheet of gasket material.
  6. Cool dan, have you had any trouble with finding gaskets that fit properly??
  7. Gaz 300 is the man to ask regarding Z garages in Northern Ireland mate, I'm sure he'll be along shortly:thumbup1:
  8. Afraid so sparky, only subscribed members can PM.:thumbup1: The good news is, it doesn't cost as much to renew a subscription (only £10) compared to £20. well worth it for all the help and advice you get over 12 months:thumbup:
  9. You may give up all that junk food mate, Burgerking for tea, subway for breakfast :nono: :scared::biggrin:
  10. :happybday: Hope you have a great day Dan:happybday:
  11. Ha! I had just edited my post to mention you buddy:biggrin: Throw up a pic of the steering wheel:yes:
  12. More bits arrived this morning:clap: I have to say that the quality of these is exceptional, a huge "thank you" to Errol for looking after me with them:thumbup: The piping is more of a wine/ burgundy/browny colour which will look great against the blue paintwork :hyper: Back seats have never even been sat in, love the perforated leather centres I think the piping will match up nicely with Mondo's red stitching on the bits I've sent him, Gearknob, centre armrest, handbrake handle, gear and handbrake gaiters. i may ship over my steering wheel to get the same treatment of perforated leather, with red stitching and that should all tie in nicely:thumbup:
  13. Ah man! You should of told me, I've only paid for shipping on my second order yesterday but it's already on the way:scared:
  14. What else were you looking to get Jay??
  15. Have you had any luck with the rear Evo Brembo brackets Buddy?? I can't PM you as you're not subbed anymore
  16. Don't know about over there Lee, but here in Ireland you would need to build a boundary and then build a foot away from it, ie. you can't use the wall of the structure as a boundary
  17. Forgot to mention that I rang a friend who originally fixed up the car in '09 (before I sank it) for a bit of help and advice regarding mapping...... Turns out he is now an authorised Nistune Dealer:yes: Had a chat with him and he said he'll install the Nistune and map the car at mates rates for old times sake:clap::punk::tt2: Happy days!!
  18. Exhaust fitted but the expensive gaskets I bought aren't fitting properly:mad: exhaust is blowing and didn't have anymore lift time to correct it. Bought a set of gasket sheets for the next time I have a go:thumbup1: Removed the EGR solenoid and the various hoses linked to it, also blocked off the accordian pipe and throttle body:thumbup:
  19. Loads of stuff that can only be found in US, would be nice if we had Euro distributors for the likes of Kaminari, Twinz, AMS, Z1, Ash Spec etc. It cost me $300 for my last order and I got a revenue bill of €147 on top of it!! They actually charged me duties and vat on the carriage cost as well as the parts:scared::thumbdown:
  20. You're a bit of a hoarder, aren't you??:lol:. I definitely need to get a look in your shed:whistling::laugh:
  21. I think they look bland without both mph and kph
  22. Should hopefully, finally finish fitting the exhaust test pipes this evening
  23. The guys in my local Nissan got me this one as a deal with the new lights, I paid €155 for it, but it comes with the bulbs clips etc, plug and play:thumbup1: I don't think they're much more maybe €10-€20 extra
  24. For anyone that hasn't seen one, here is a pic of my new Perspex strip with brake light, I think it is well worth the money:thumbup1: Pic of the part no. also
