  1. Sorry but only subscribed users can offer their cars for sale...
  2. Im looking to do the brake lines so was thinking of doing this at the same time. pricing up materials, does any one know how much you need?
  3. Been thinking about replacing all the brake lines with braided hoses. Firstly, is there enough room under the car to accommodate the braided hoses. Secondly, does any one know how much hosing is required? and also how many and of what type banjo fittings are required? ( i dont have the car with me at the moment) Thanks Neil
  4. I spoke to them about a kit... $550 delivered for a full 2+2 kit. (front and rear seats and all panels) which i thought was pretty good.
  5. how much? lol first dibs on any goodies lol
  6. Think i'll be up for this. would be just the ticket. no track time for me lol
  7. I like the smoothed look, but im not a fan of the front bumper... but each to their own.
  8. Just because it has a larger volume won't always mean it's better, if the cores are crap it won't cool the air as well, also it might not allow the air to travel through at a volume that's adiquate to cool the radiator and oil cooler, causing over heating problems. Just my 2p's worth I could be totally wrong. And it maybe a good buy. As I said I looked at one, but those questions came to mind when I saw the price.
  9. I looked at that one myself... Seams cheap so would have to think about if it's actually in 'upgrade' over the standard SMIC. Also no pipe work included so would need to source that seperatly Neil
  10. Maybe sent the wrong part by mistake? obviously if the mechanic as altered them in anyway you wont be able to return them now, personally i would have contacted them first before taking actions into modifying the parts.
  11. Gutted for you mate, I know I'd be devastated if 1 or my 2 had to be put down.. They're a part of the family and are treated as such. Feel for you and your family. Neil
  12. Ok spoke to the tutor at the college today... The cost.... Free!! So we need to decide on a date and I'll get it booked in. He ideally wants to make a day of it. BBQ and stuff like that (which will need to be paid for obviously) but the use of the RR is free. Can't be bad So let's all get our heads together and get a date agreed. As everyone is putting the girls to bed for the winter I'm was thinking maybe the first weekend in March, maybe April. What's everyone else's thoughts?? Neil
  13. Apart from the Z Centre where else can these be purchased? For a full set it's £382. Does that sound about right??? Neil
  14. Are you seriously think of breaking it over a clutch??? Wtf someone slap him :( Get it sorted :)
  15. TBH it's a no brainier. It's a lot easier to replace the prop for a single rather than fit a bearing, about the same in price (with fitting) and a single piece is a lot better. So yep.. I'm pretty convinced lol
  16. Mines not quiet as low as that. But like you i have all the paperwork from when she was imported, the last owner, so only 1 previous UK owner. she currently sits at about 50K which isnt bad for a 21 year old car. she's been in the UK 12 years as well so to only have the 1 owner is pretty good :)
  17. So whats the total cost then Jeff? would it be easier to send you the old one when the news ones fitted or has the courier got to take it with them?
  18. Awesome. The exchange thing you got going on. can i get yours first, fit it then send you the old one once its off the car? Neil
  19. Is it an easy job? undo the bolts drop the old one out put the new one in and do up the bolts? or is there a little more to it than that?
  20. Is that price just for supply or is that fitted? Neil
  21. What they made of Jeff? are they the same sort of weight as the normal prop? (unsure if it needs to be thicker/heavier due to being a 1 piece) Also whats the turn around time? CheerZ Neil
  22. Have been looking into a 1 piece. might be worth doing as the bearing needs changing.
  23. Was out today at was getting a vibration at 40... assume this is the center prop bearing.. :( I have full work shop facilities, is this something i can do myself or best left to the pro's? Can it be left for a while or does it need sorting straight away? (only doing short runs at the moment, to and from the body shop about 2 miles each way) CheerZ Neil
