Meant to say ive got all the bits. so the cambelt kit, water pump underdrive pulleys and all the belts. so its just someone to fit it im looking for. I did think about Jeff, but i know its a big job and he is 2 1/2 hours away.

Looking to get this done soon, was wondering who to get to do it, id prefer a Zed specialist but dont thing there is 1 close to me. Ideally i want them to fit the uderdrive pulleys and replace all the belts at the same time. how much should i be looking at paying and how long does it take (it i have to travel will have to wait around till its done) Thanks Neil

No dont think its that... i mean the last one i owned was about 3 maybe 4 years ago... im pretty sure the smell would have gone by now... good idea though :)

Right this is the 3rd Zed ive owned.... all TT's all imports. all Autos (although this one has been converted.. 1 was a 1990 and the last 2 1992's As the title suggests, is it just me or do they have "a smell"??? I know when i get in.. that im in a Zed... its just the smell of the car, nothing unpleasant i think they just have a particular smell to them.. Now is this just me.. or is there anyone else who has noticed this... CheerZ Neil

Hi there, been doing a bit of a search and cant seam to find the answer. How many hose clamps in the engine bay and what sizes are they? thinking about changing them all for T bolt clamps...... i know its prob going to be expensive but its something that can be done in stages. CheerZ Neil

They all look ok, quiet like the Kenwood one, not many details about it. but your right that Sony one looks like a bargain!

I must add this is a second car and is on a classic car policy, that may have something to do with the price

Jesus the bluetooth bit is just as must as the head unit lol...... Does look like a good unit though, but alas it only has 1 RCA out :(

Ok.... so im looking for a new head unit for the install. needs to have 3 RCA outs. Single din apart from that im open to suggestions. I listen to the radio a lot and have a large collection of music on my Iphone (Iphone 5 so has the lightning connection) not sure what else i really need, its very nice having all the latest gadgets on a head unit but tbh i dont think id use them. maybe blue tooth as i dont think there are head units out atm with Lightning connectivity for my iphone. Not fussed on make, so let me know what you have or what youve seen. dont want to spend a mortgage payment either. maybe £200 CheerZ Neil

Today i fitted the HID upgrade to the Zed.... 1 of the 2 weak points on the Zed... next thing i need to plan in is front brake upgrade... (rears have always been done)

Yes it stops after a bit.. lol just the start up and little while, very annoying :(

Ok the car is Squealing on start up.... and its doing my head in lol... Is this down to warn or loose belts? Bear in mind that the car was sat for a year before i got it, so if its the belts then i best get them replaced lol.. help and advise is always greatly received.. CheerZ Neil

Well ive just ordered some, at £10 odd its worth a shout.

How much do you need? A just over a tenner a bottle if you just need the one it's worth changing just to know you've got the best stuff under your foot when you hit the brakes. CheerZ Neil
