Im not sure it's a good deal, especialy seeing as you said it needs respray etc etc etc. Depends how much you love the Z and how much you like Camero's, now if it was a 60's mustang that needed work :dance:

Been i'll since xmas, had continuous string of colds, bugs, flue etc, just getting over it now. It seems that for the past six months, my daughter (3) seems to catch everything going off of everyone like a fkin magnet. Then she passes it all to us!! 350z owners are W4nkers, no clue, just got the car cause it looked sporty had a good write up. Most of them are ppl that have upgraded from an audi TT. Never had any of em aknowledge me, most of them try and race you, muppets.

IFA's are the way forward, if you don't have one you should!!! The guy I have is based in Bath, don't know if thats anywhere near you. Anyway, he can always swindle a deal and whilst at it sorts out all your other finances. I don't use him anymore as I have now got used to doing it myself, but don't got to the highstreet mortgage places, they are aweful.

In theory mate, for a few hundred quid (zorst, chip, induction and up boost) it should be possible to get around 13secs :) Never ran mine on the strip, but I have seen ppl get time close to this.

Actually wasnt a silver one was it? with a poopra spoiler? 500bhp? doub't that, was it a stock engine? or didn't you find out? in theory, a bar of boost on a stock engine mapped, with a 150 shot of nos could probably get close to 400. I wouldn't think that could be used all the time, but the occasional blast should be ok.

When most ppl talk about nitrous and say a 150 shot, it's really more like 70. The number on the jet will be a 150 shot jet, which usually equates to just under half that result of HP depending on the engine. On my nitrous kit I had a 120 shot, which was more like 55hp so i reffered to it as a 55/60 shot of nitrous. Most ppl who are boy racers who have nitrous fitted will always quote the Jet size as the 'shot' The fuel jets are what you get, so if its dia is 80 it is an 80, thats where I think ppl who arn't boy racers / ricers get it confused. A 150 on a Z engine should be fine. As long as it was pretty stock and not already running too silly boost etc. You could still use it on a stock engine running around 15psi, but I wouldn't recomend it too often, last person I knew that did, ended up loosing his autobox very quickly.
