  2. I thought sort of 70-75 was a little too cool? Oh well. atleast im coolig very good!
  3. Finally got my gauge all rigged up. Running 73-75 around town 80-85 on motorway 90 when boosting hard, but comes back down. Not sat in any traffic jams yet so dunno what thats gonna do?!? Dont think theres any need to put WATER WETTER in cause it seems to be running ok doesnt it??
  4. Im well up for it, been waiting to go on the RR for ages!!!
  5. Im well up for that!!!!! Just hope all the excess oil blows out of the exhuast before then or you'll all choke lots, lol.
  6. Anything can be done if you have the right machinery to do it all. My mate made some caliper pistons once, they worked.
  7. Dont wanna get fluid on the pads either. Not good for them. Persoannly Id sort it properly. If its crossthreaded, the thread in the caliper might be fooked too. May have to replace pipe and caliper. But Id rather do that and know I have no leaks, than bodge it up and loose brakes at the one time your'll really need it!
  8. I was gonna go watercooling, but just seemed like too much hassel. I never had any probs with fans and heatsinks and used to overclock lots!
  9. Kinda wrote that wrong reading it back lol. I got a new pipe (the metal bit with the senders in) which has been modified to fit a mechanical guage sender unit in. It goes inplace of the little black one, thats why I wanted to check if I can do without it. But to get the fan shield out to gain access to the metal bit looks a complete f***er to change!!!!!!!!!
  10. The coolant pipe that comes out of the engine and two sender units. The big yellow one is for the fan, whats the little black one for?? (temp sensor??) Also, how the FOOK do you get to it to get it out???? The big fan shield is kinda in the way!!!!!! Thanks.
  11. Im in southampton, but on lates this week, so dont finish work till late. Kinda stops me doing things in the evening.
  12. Think so, theres a link on a thread on this forums. Seen the pics.
  13. Im stuck at work.......Boooo
  14. She should be locked away for longer. Its kinda like murder!
  15. How would it have got there though? It was only a PCV breather line come off?? Had oil come out over engine and smoke, but no idea how got into exhaust?

Yea but if you drive fast, 100+ (on your personal race track) then slow back down to 70mph. It feels like you arnt even moving too! Video always make things look funny, specially out such a small view. It does look like it flies round a little fast but its a fooking crazy bike so it is possible. On one of Ghost riders DVD, he has a view on the speedo and that flies round just as fast...
  17. ??????? am I missing something here  lol

They are fooking fast, I had a go on my brothers a few times, but I never went that fast!!!!!!!!
  19. After having a air pipe to the PCV valve blow out and spray oil all over my engine, have oil coming out the exhaust? When I boot it, smoke comes out, especially when changing gear when it comes off boost. Would this just be oil in the exhaust burning off? Though I have done a few miles since my PCV problems. Dont seem to be burning oil, checked level.
  20. I get 90-100 psi on start up and something like 20-30psi on tickover when warmed up. Thats on an aftermarket gauge
  21. Quite a lot of interest on that!!
  22. Id done some hard right hand cornering for a bit before (few laps of a roundabout) Smithy said something about some special valves track day people use to stop this from happening. As it happened right after that, im putting it down to that. Mind you, it has been ticking over badly for a while ?!?!? and now its not
  23. brand new ones mate, they were done when head gasket was done. Dip stick was securely in there!
