  1. i thought that... maybe it run sweet as a nut and he is the jimmer of his state but unfortunately during the time of the recording a low flying chinook was passing by.

  5. besides... i could have got you a ticket cheaper than that!
  6. sell the ticket now and you have 650 quid to spend on decent mods for ya car... (not like all your mods so far which are crap!)
  7. thinker oil is excellent... it knows where the protection is needed and at what viscosity it should be. having the ability to think for itself means it will also tell you when it needs changing.
  8. Happy 21st birthday Brian :D :happybday: :sorcerer:
  9. i have infinity kappa (made by harmon kardon) and they are very good value for money. as said if you want sq go for focal k power but no need for rear speakers as it will ruin the sound staging.
  10. i use the silkolene pro s 5w40 if its any help... as recommended by oilman (though it is one of the most expensive on his site :shifty:)
  11. i use magnatec as engine flush!

  14. it probably would if it crashed really fast into a church?
  15. oooh.. i want a go i want a go... NOT. :w00t:
  16. lol... by that i meant it is not really an oem replica anymore. basically, where the oem spoiler is quite an obvious 'add-on', the front tips and the leading edge don't have an ovally smooth transition from the boot lid to the spoiler (shown in this 'unfortunate' pic of my old zed!) i've made it so the jump from the bootlid to the spoiler is alot smoother and sleeker. its not fully smoothed as i think that could start looking pants but just a subtle alteration of something i thought would improve it. because of this the spoiler is now about 15mm too wide so im going to cut out the middle to shorten the width (maybe i can then send it to you with less awkward postage where you can glass it back together again before taking a mould?) i'm taking the zed to work again 2nite so i'l try and get some pics to illustrate. the third brake light is also no gone so the trailing edge lines of the spoiler are now completely undisturbed (another requirement i had for a nicer looking 'less is more' backend) i am toying with the idea of sourcing a vectra third brakelight which i would flush into the black part of the spoiler beneath where the oem one would normally sit to retain a tbl.
  17. if you want me to i will... you could prolly make a smoother one and get the finish better than me anyway? its no longer an oem replica though...
  18. lol you got him all excited baz... like you just showed him a bit of leg
  19. good decision bud... my advice would be not to focus on a late model thinking your getting a better or updated product... from the series 2 onwards (94+) due to financial constrictions and legislations nissan had to cost cut on the spec and increase the emmision control on the engines. you pay a bit more for a later spec'd zed (although the 97 posted here seems a very good price assuming all is in order) when you're actually getting a lesser spec'd car. the series 2 is also alot easier to come by so you will be able to pick and chose from a wider range. there are also plenty of lower milage series 2's about if thats your concern, imo the s2 is the model to go for. you just need to decide whether you want a long wheel base/short wheel base, manual/auto, na/tt.. etc. happy hunting and dont hesitate to ask for any help and advice on potential purchases as there will always be some1 here to help.
  20. happy birthday me old crocker :D
  21. im getting close to finishing this jp-z spoiler dave :p
