The cavitys are alot more time consuming than I expected, looking inside shows so many hidden areas within the sill that are very difficult to access and getting the nozzle into each section and getting full coverage using the existing lightning holes is not quite possible with the 60mm wand. I have the plugs to blank any extra holes I have to 'reluctantly' make!
