I could possibly go and have a good look at this for you matey. Time is a little scarce at the mo so the earliest I could view it would be the 14th of this month, possibly the 6th but very much depends on work. I do recognise the car, I'm sure it belonged to a club members at some point? Looks like a tidy example (once all the same colour!) from the pics but I would personally want to remove the interior rear quarter panels to have a proper look inside the sill sections before investing considering the reasons you're buying.

Yes, they will go on lovely with a little lip roll depending on the tyres you go for. You'll need a fairly substantial arch pull/flare to fit them in unfortunately, unless you're one of these people that like obscene camber angles!

I like it, looks good. I do see an issue with these front lips though, in that they tend to rob airflow or direct airflow away from the intercooler exhaust naca inlets on the undertray. This one is fairly subtle and doesn't protrude down too much into the airflow but the others available (for example the twinz 99spec lip) look like they will cause adverse effects to inlet charge temps and ultimately, power. I think the oem smic airflow outlet system is often overlooked and if not working efficiently, can choke (relatively) vast amounts of power.

I've obviously been looking at zeds for too long, I can tell the difference by the roof line and the size of the rear 1/4 behind the doors! I've seen SWB variants with uk spec style bumper and light setup, so that is not always a given. I think the hardest angle to decipher is the front, even though the SWB is narrower and lower as standard in its dimensions! The rear view can be distinguished by the wider rear screen and exhaust exit position being closer together on the SWB.

I have led rear clusters and have declared them to the insurance company, along with every individual upgrade/modification, visible or hidden, big or small. Although, that said, no doubt they could still refuse to pay out if they were the cause of an accident.

Big shows like this need dates early to work IMO. Can you not choose a venue and date first, announce it and build on that?
