  1. Thought I would update this in case anyone else was thinking of a delete or relocate like Andrew. I opted to install the same canister from an R33, but in the original location. A simple and straight forward swap over and still frees up the cooler exit airflow significantly.
  2. :scared: I bet your lad loves this? No more cooped up in his bedroom playing consoles, outside in the fresh air playing out of the boot of Dad's car!

  4. Just how I like my bay. Clean, functional and well maintained. Perfect.
  5. IMO, a nice silver colour like that with a polished rim will give the best results and will compliment your car better.
  6. Better the devil you know sometimes chap. It seems like you cut your nose off to spite your face, getting rid of the sorted red zed, because of the 'experience'. Best of luck in your green grass zed quest ;)
  7. Whatever you're pressurising the system with should have a gauge on it. My tester has a gauge on it which is handy.
  8. Did you you go on this mission with an intention of buying it to break it or was this a surprise? What happened to the blue one you were looking at?
  9. Happy Birthday Andrew, enjoy your day :)
  10. I've always thought a SWB bumper grafted onto a LWB would possibly compliment the design. I feel the LWB has a bit too much of an overhang, let's see some side shots? :)
  11. You're driving on the wrong side of the road. Lucky you didn't have an accident! :p
  12. Is that a SWB bumper section grafted onto the end of your LWB bumper? Edit: hmm I see a lip. That's either a twinZ full bumper or a bolt on diffuser, but the overhang look like it's from a SWB...?
  13. I think this setup is perfect for people with Simon's requirements. It's a great example of a decent sound system without insisting on 70,000,000 watts of pointless power that seems to be drummed in as a 'must have' in today's audio 'fashion'.
  14. Happy birthday matey, as a 1st birthday anniversary of not owning a zed, you should treat yourself to a zed! Get back in the fold dude...
  15. I have a pic of that combo for your consideration, next time I'm on my PC I'll pop it up here :)
  16. I don't see it as a worthwhile task. It's not like the front where there are lots of important components/structure to cover up with the inner arches. IMO just give it a good clean up, reprotect with stone chip and periodically inspect and reprotect as required. It's also beneficial to fill up the area with cavity wax from the inside, especially the bottom corners under the bumper to keep a common area for corrosion at bay. If you do manage to doctor a set to fit, it could be counter productive as you may end up holding moisture/debris in the places you were trying to protect but can no longer see them to take action.
  17. If you replace the spoiler you won't require the perspex strip as the spoiler covers it all. Carmad (in trading section) sells a replica oem spoiler and also an improved oem (IMO) which happens to have the centre brake light deleted like you require. I think they're about £120 then you'll need to fit and paint.

  20. Looks great, nice purchase :)
  21. Jeff's reply was a paste (seemingly) of a post he answered to the same question only a few days ago! Although the search function can be a bit of a minefield, we need someone clever with loads of free time to go through all the tech threads making a proper sticky tech section with an index.
  22. The lip is an extra stick on addition...
