Have you got bigger injectors fitted? If not that's really limiting you. You don't want to be increasing the boost until you do as those turbos put a massive amount more air through than stock T25's. When I changed them I found that about 1psi boost gave the same pull as about 16psi on stock :o I've got a similar setup but with 555cc injectors and I'm getting 400WHP at 14psi and have never had it mapped. Should be able to run 18 to 20psi when I do ;) It's a bit cooler here though... :( Wish I was in Trinidad, my boat would be out all the time instead of twice a year if i'm lucky! :rolleyes: :rofl:

Yes it's the top mounting point that comes loose. Mine does it and I just tighten it up every now and again. It won't come off but it doesn't give you confidence when it moves! I think you can get to the bolts if you take the column surround trim off (easy) but not totally sure how far down it is. Might have to take the clocks out if its further down?

If you look down the back of the engine you will see 2 pipes about an inch thick that go from the engine into the bulkhead. If they are instead just looped together then the heater matrix has been bypassed. If he advertised it with a "water bypass" then I suspect it's just saying all the complex unnecessary plenum pipes that have been removed. He wouldn't make a point of telling people the heater wasn't working... Check the water level first. Let it run with the rad cap off until it's been up to temp for a few mins. Give it a few revs to get all the air out and top up. You might need to do this a couple of times to get it filled properly.

It is. 600bhp ish so new pump is one of the last mods you're ever likely to need on a Z. Lots of other mods needed before you fit those turbos though...

The annoying thing is the way you have to do all the banking for them yourself by phone or internet and their computer does the rest LOL No wonder they're making so much money.

They should do that here, I'm pretty sure the public would support it but it will never happen. I do some work for a firework importer and they were telling me there's some new laws come in this year that will stop the sale of a lot of the big fireworks you could buy for home use. All the big rockets etc are being banned so you will be back to those weedy little things that arent worth buying LOL

I'm about to do this myself. The fact that my statement arrived today with a mystery £75 "arrangement fee" on it just made me even more angry about it all. I've been overdrawn and gone over my overdraft all this year but never had a charge like that before, usually just an excess overdraft charge which is fair enough.
