Engine Removal
Yes you're right but I was just suggesting other options - that's the way I removed the engine and box in one piece from a donor car when mine blew a few years ago. Was very quick to do as well.

Need bigger brakes!!! please help
You do realise they will probably cost twice as much as your car? Unless you have some serious upgrades you don't need to go that far. I've never had mine fade on the road and I drive like a lunatic. Depends how many track days you intend to do.

Engine Removal
Unbolt the crossmember and lift the car up with the engine hoist so you can slide the engine and box out from underneath.

A common and relatively cheap upgrade is using Skyline R33/R34 GTR calipers and disks as they are miles better and just bolt straight on with no modifications :) If you're looking for something to stand up to the ring though you better be prepared to spend thousands! :o Mine lasted about 6 corners before overheating!

opinions on these tyres please
I've got the Falken 451's on mine and the tread pattern looks lurrrvly! Similiar to the Toyo's and Goodyear F1's. Don't like the look of the 452's but I'm sure they're as good if not better.

Casino Royale - What did you think of it?
Yeah superb Bond and best film i've seen in a long time :D
-
Best Bond
I think you might be right. I don't think anyone can replace Sean Connery as he is the original and the films are still great to watch but Daniel Craig really brings it up to date for a new generation. He's superb in a psycho sort of way and the film really explains why Bond is like he is. I loved Casino Royale and have seen it twice now.

opinions on these tyres please
Never hears of those but I suppose someone has to be the first to try em and if you get free sucky sucky then go for it! I've bought most of my tyres from Micheldever over the years. Very low prices and quick delivery. I think they're behind http://www.falkentyres.co.uk which I used last time and got 285/35/18's for £85 each. Very impressed with them too although there's a new range now.

Auto shifter on Ebay...Anyone got one??
I used to have the Razo original before I went manual and it was very good but not sure about that copy. Quite a few people have the Razo here.

sherburn meet
Can't make it now :( My lift decides to tell me after getting ready that it's his girlfriends birthday and she's giving him **** for wanting to go to this meet so he's pulled out. I'm hardly suprised she's annoyed! Oh well, next time.
