  1. I once pulled into a Shell station and the guy behind the counter asked if my car was an EB110  I suppose the lights do look a bit similar and it was when my Z was pretty standard. How overpriced is the Veyron though?!?! You could have a 1000bhp Skyline for £60k and I bet it wouldn't be much different performance wise. An extra £940,000 buys you exclusivity though I guess  :xxx:
  2. I've got it on Sky+ for some slo-mo action :D
  3. Worth doing as I got stuck with a front puncture and the AA wouldn't cover it. They arranged for a local recovery firm to take me to a tyre dealer (who was shut all bank holiday) and charged me £250 :( I had 2 cans of tyre inflation foam but it doesn't help when you left the tyre scattered up the road LOL Lesson learned.
  4. What key did you use? I can check it's secure if you like ;)

  8. How times change eh? ;) LOL
  9. Just because products are on eBay doesn't mean they are crap. It's the biggest world wide market place and lots of well respected companies have stores on there :)
  10. About 70 litres I think. So you should easy get £65 to £70 quid in although I never do cos I'm broke LOL Edit: Beat me to it!
  11. Yeah lots of DIY :xxx: :x:  Seriously, congratulations mate!
  12. Yeah I can unplug it but it's way out of warranty so I'll have to pay for it testing and can't afford to have it repaired/replaced right now so living with it. I worked in Barnsley for 2 years so I'm used to the unusual way of speaking  I was Mark's translator in Germany ;)
  13. No it's just Vinz  It can happen instantly when you lose it on a bend though :D Seriously though the rear screen should clear pretty quick no matter how damp the car is. Sounds like a faulty heater to me.
  14. A lot of these high speed modes are specific to individual manufacturers and not true industry standards. Might be that the network card doesn't support the 108Mbps mode so is dropping back to the 54Mbps mode that they both support. You very rarely get the full speed either just to make things worse due to distance and interference from other radio devices. Also check you haven't got another wireless device that's dragging it down to the low speed. As your router told you, in many devices they all have to be running at high speed or it reverts back to low speed. You'll probably have to change the router or card to the same brand and speed rating but check the settings on both and refer to the manuals for what modes they support.

    They're behind you!!!
  16. No we have IndianZX for that
  17. I've got one of those super hi tech laptops without a serial port so no :( Wish I'd kept my old one for this. Will have to get a USB to serial adapter they're only a few quid. I bought the Racelogic Digital Adjuster while the car was at GPS and when I fitted it it doesn't function correctly and that uses the diagnostic port. So I'm assuming the box has gone faulty or the sensors have all stopped working :( It switches the TC on/off light correctly and if I unplug the TC box the car won't run as it controls the injectors so it must be partially working. Doesn't really matter now as the car is off the road for a while now until I can afford to run it.
  18. That's gotta hurt with 20 stone behind it :smash:
  19. Hmmm that's interesting. I haven't changed the diff but you know what that place was like... I've checked all the wiring to the TC box and my ABS still seems to work, at least I've felt it do it's thing a couple of times since GPS. Maybe if the rear sensors are off the front ABS would work but the lack of rear sensors would stop the TC working as they're the driven wheels? The only wiring I haven't checked is where the TC joins into the ABS controller in the side of the rear seats but I can't imagine why that would have been disturbed...
  20. If you're not careful I'll be round to give you a reason for posts like that! :x:
  21. Don't take the piss out of Mark, it's not his fault, he just writes in the Barnsley dialect :x:
  22. I made a SnowBitch last year but she was cold with a frosty attitude towards me
  23.   It's one of those days! Yeah no joke, first thing I did is check to see if the TC box is still there! I've tried everything to get it working and the power light is on but it just doesn't function. I wonder if i've got someone elses unit...
  24. My ex didn't
