  1. This is quite strange but the car hasn't smoked since the day after the PCV's were changed. Maybe it is fixed after all :) I wonder if there was a load of oil in the PCV pipes that needed time to blow through or something?
  2. Good idea :) The wear is so far to the side of the tyre it's possible
  3. Don't you know anything Andy?

There are a few different ones here: http://www.zcentre.co.uk
  5. Jeez they'd look ridiculous! LOL What's wrong with the ones you've got?! I thought you were just having a kit fitted but you won't find off the shelf wheels to fit unless you use the hub spacers like everyone on here has. Will cost you a fortune but if if you have money to burn... LOL
  6. :o So a £100 to £200 spacer will be a bit cheaper then! LOL
  7. Sorry yes, biggest negative offset. Unless you get the wheels custom made you won't get anything near that and will need a spacer hub up to 3" thick.
  8. At least she's still warm mate, you know you want to :D
  9. If you mean a Strosek wide arch kit then you need the biggest offset you can get so the spacer hub you make up will be thinner. Best way is to get the wheels then fit the arches and measure what spacer you need as the fitting of the arches varies.
  10. Is that a genuine Testarossa front I see there? Ferrari build quality aint what it used to be - look at the light fitting!
  11. Put it this way, after 6 years on this forum I've seen that 90% of these problems turn out to be a cheap set of tension rod bushes after people have changed a few hundred quids worth of disks and pads ;) With disks you feel it through the pedal quite bad, but if the whole car is shuddering like he said and it does it when he's not even on the brakes then it's pretty unlikely to be disks IMHO
  12. It's just the same in IT. You get a call about e-mail not working or something and when you get there it's like: Oh and it crashes in Word and Excel and it sometimes reboots and it won't switch on in the morning and it happens on that other PC too and quite often the server goes off, is that anything to do with it? Before long your 5 minute visit has become a days work! :headvswal  :headvswal  :headvswal
  13. Glad to hear it, she'll be very releived LOL
  14. I hope that's not my brazilian you're doing
  15. It's usually a build up of green gunge in the connector so try cleaning them. Failing that you can buy the connectors with a length of wire and solder them on. I'm sure MJP will be able to supply them in the traders section here ;)
  16. Pendulum - Slam Always makes me grin :D That guy is a firkin star! LOL
  17. Oh my goddd! That's not good mate. Didn't know you were into that kind of thing! ;)
  18. LOL I was waiting for this reply! :D
  19. Shouldn't you be using a 30 profile or something with 19's to avoid the speedo being out etc?
  20. You pull the lever back :x:
  21. It will go slower when all the tyre is on the road!!! That's the thing, I've been checking them regularly but the tread is fine for 99% of the tyre then it just seems to go through in no time. Last time I checked last month there was nothing to be seen and now its down to metal
  22. Never heard that but maybe you're right? Anyone else know?
  23. Good lad! We should have more politicians like that I say!
  24. Yeah it doesn't bother me what people think. I get it all the time - tosser - small dick etc etc. Anyone who likes their cars get's it all the time until you actually take someone out in a powerful car and they're hooked :D Even had my sister in law called me a tosser last week for overtaking them when she was doing 40mph in a 60 limit and saying I was showing off LOL No I was getting home 15 minutes before them on a half hour drive! LOL Then she complains that her Pug 206 1.1 is slow. I rest my case.
  25. What kind of power are the V8 and V12? I'm thinking of one just like that black one in the pic with a supercharger strapped on :D Those wheels really suit it too.
