I just fitted Brembo's under my Azev A's last night and the clearance seems to be the same as with the stock calipers. They sit further out on the bigger disks so you need 17's or 18's but the gap between the inside of the wheel and the caliper appears to be more or less the same?

You must have been accidentaly been stamping on the brake and turning the steering wheel vigorously. I'd say you've gone into HICAS diagnostic mode by mistake ;)

I used Isopon P40 fibreglass from Halfords to do some bits on mine.

Yeah it was a 4x4 I think. You could just slot a pair of pink bog rolls over the end for a quick fix and they'll come in handy if your brakes ever fail! ;)

I saw the mesh at Halfords today. They do it in round or diamond style at £19.99 for a piece about 1m x 0.5m ish

Do you mean the "Power" light for the auto box? The auto box will shift itself into power mode for about 10 seconds if you boot it ;) It also turns off the aircon for the duration to give an extra bit of go!

LOL No I was referring to somebody else on the forum ;) So yes you did get the wrong end of the stick. I haven't actually seen a Mines ECU which is why I was asking - I've only seen the code and didn't know how THEY do it.
