  1. Have you put the blades into the mounting clips the wrong way round? ;)
  2. Barry, I suspect it's Tommy Kaira http://www.tommykaira.com They do a few modified Nissans including a special new 350Z. I can't see any mention of the 300ZX but you might just be lucky and have a few power mods under that bonnet! Chris.
  3. Because you installed it? ;) LMAO
  4. So some sort of antivirus software might be in order then? :D
  5. I used to spend hours on this a few years ago. Anybody use it? I think we should get our own World set up instead of MSN LOL Download the software and lets have a laugh! Who's up for it? http://www.worlds.net/
  6. Looks like it's been given a permanent bird shit tattoo just in front of the scoop too!
  7. LMAO So your secrets out Timmy! Sad pervy git! :D (Got any swaps Tim?) :D
  8. The prop shaft is balanced at the factory with weights added to get it just right. If the prop has been off and not bolted onto the front section in the same orientation it was, you can get vibration. Separate the 2 sections and rotate it a quarter of a turn then try it. Keep doing this until it goes away.
  9. Looks like it's running lean to me!
  10. According to an article I read, sales of NOS went up by 1300% after the first film! It's Nitrous Express that payed for the product placement in the new film. Must admit I wondered what the hell they were thinking with that Ferrari line - as though serious car modding petrol heads wouldn't know what a Ferrari was when it pulled alongside! :D
  11. You've just ruined my fantasies ;) :D
  12. Yeah but if you lot had asked then you would have ended up with better looking cars :D :D :D ;)
  13. Depends if you know you have extremely bad taste and would get the piss taken out of you everywhere you go :D
  14. Sorry to hear that mate :( At least you are OK, I know how I'd feel after all I've put into this thing. Look on the bright side. At least you know a lot more about them now and might be able to pick up a part modded one in even better nick than you had. Fingers crossed.
  15. I'll go into competition with SE and sell the ChrisC Wacky Races Le Mans Rebuild - good for 24 hours use! :D
  16. Happy birthday mate, looking goooood! :D
  17. LOL I knew how to change the gaitors I just wanted some tips on any easy ways - you can hardly go wrong with them ;) And yes it's more to see if I can do it seeing as by next weekend I'll have finished pulling my engine and box I thought I might just have a go. The box is not really worth anything and I have a manual on the way so why not :D So what parts are likely to need replacing with this type of fault?
  18. He'll kick yo ass mutha! ;) :D
  19. Jeez, me too but there's no way I'm giving up my Z.
  20. It's OK, I've sobered up now ;) almost... The guy is living on our benefits after being granted asylum but has a £300K house with a new Merc, Land Cruiser and another smaller car FFS! Saddams missing billions must be stashed away in the garage! Can't wait till next weekend to find out! :D :D :D

Wish I'd read this as I just posted something similar!
  22. I'm converting to a manual anyway but while my auto box is out and I have lots of time to do it, is it possible to repair myself? It started slipping in third, then in second on full throttle. It got worse until there was no drive in third - it just revved. Changes all occured as normal though. ATF was very black and smelled burnt. Lasted 18 months with 400ish BHP but eventually said NOOOO! :D Is this just the clutches/brake bands whatever they are and are they "easy" to change?
  23. Decided that I'd leave the PS pump on as the fluid is all over the drive anyway from a leaky hose. Gave up on the aircon compressor to try another day when I'm in a better mood! LOL
  24. I can tell you've done it before! ;) Never thought of counting the turns... Thanks mate Chris.
  25. Looks great Dave, nice to be copied instead of that other bloke for once ;) Mine have faded though and almost look orange again. I presume the tint doesn't like UV or it's washed off! Either way it's a bit crap when it's designed for a car but worth re-doing every now and again for the end result.
