The one that me and Macca have is the Paul Bailey design, either from Paul Bailey or a copy from the Z Centre. http://www.paulbailey.com http://www.zcentre.co.uk It was originaly designed by Strosek in Germany in steel and cost a fortune. It was for a special edition by Nissan but they never went ahead with it :( http://www.strosek.de/homee.htm Se Nissan have started selling a new one that is not quite as wide and is more squared off than round. They don't have a site anymore.
  3. Don't forget to squeeze a toolkit in with all the beer! You KNOW it's going to happen to a few of us :( :D Who's arranging the stripper for the evening entertainment? :D
  4. LOL It's OK Andy, with a few of us on the Stella we should bounce off each other and stay upright. I might bring the Grolsch just to be different ;)
  5. Just how much of the dash has to come out to fit the clutch pedal and are the connectors for the switches on it already on the harness somewhere? I had a right struggle to get the bolt nearest the driover out of the brake pedal and thought the clutch would squeeze in but it looks like I need to take some of the dash out to get it in :( Any advice? (getting ready for "should have stuck with an auto!") :D
  6. LOL Duffer can we have some forum pics when she has had the mods done at the bodyshop? :D Can you bring that other tasty young lady for me and MAtty to drool over please? :D Can't wait to get completely wrecked in the sun (fingers crossed!)
  7. You better go hire a copy of Pearl Harbour then ;) :D

What, Like the Conga? Do do doooo! :D
  9. In the service manual there are 3 different boxes listed - 2 manual and 1 auto so I presume there is a different box for the NA
  10. The front end looked very "familiar" when I saw it at PPS LOL Very nice mate. Glad to hear the car is running nicely ;) I'll send you an improvement through the post if I get chance this week :D
  11. Well just don't try any "I've got a flash car" type chat cos chances are they'll be in a 1000bhp Skyline themselves! :D
  12. No I've seen it mate so don't bother ;) :D
  13. He hasn't somehow got the oil and water feeds to the turbos crossed?! If it's sludgy mayonaise type stuff then I would think it would have to be the head gasket though...
  14. Yes you can remove them and plug the holes that are left.
  15. He's copied that off my silver Z and even fitted the same Azev alloys! :D
  16. Well there's a couple of bars, a club and a funfair so I'll be having a go myself :p
  17. I nearly went for one of these but was put off when i found out that it slopes down towards the screen.... turning your Z into a mobile pond :(
  18. Martin, that looks absolutely superb mate! Mean as ****! Nearly as good as mine ;) :D Is Peter getting good at these Z's or what?! Will look even better when it's got the new suspension on.
  19. I think DaveW could do with one of these ;) Macca should have one too so he can lend it to me :D
  20. Careful, that's how Emu died ;)
  21. You don't want to see the price for those brake shoes from Nissan and nobody else will make them I don't think. Seem to remember hearing they are well over £100 :o
  22. Yeah, lower the gearbox mountings slightly and use 3 six inch extensions with a swivel adapter on the end to get to the top 2 bolts. I couldn't get the socket onto one of them and had to get someone else to guide it at the back of the engine onto the bolt. Chris.
  23. I've just fitted an SGP underdrive pulley and Fidanza flywheel but haven't put the engine back in so don't know the result yet. I love shiny bits! :D
