Is that Cos in the black car? Think it's his white Z in one of the other pics... Don't know who the other dodgy geezers are though
  3. There must be something about PPS kitted cars... Timmy Turbo - off the road MartinFa - off the road ChrisC - off the road Macca - off the road but they all look mint! LOL
  4. I've got a pair of T28's and I need to fit the Forge adjustable actuators to them. How do you go about setting them up? Am I best taking them to a turbo specialist? Chris.

SE Nissan AKA Silvia Engineering & Nisstek (but not MJP!) do the uprated fast road rebuild as Iain said. Well worth getting as it is much stronger and changes gear quicker than the stock box. Click on Links at the top of the page for contact info. You could of course convert to manual...
  6. Is it too heavy when parking etc but goes too light when driving? Sounds like a speed sensor problem if that's the case.
  7. I'm not sure if the box is screwed together or glued but Iain got his apart fairly easy I think. The filament can also get dirty and cleaning it with a cotton bud and alcohol or similar may help but it is very delicate.

LOL it's an experience driving a Z. I once had 2 lads literally jump in front of my Z at traffic lights and stand gawping with thumbs up. One shouted "F*****g awesome car mate!" LOL Little kid at Halfords: "Can you do me a wheelspin mister!" :D Bloke comes over to me at Ikea: "My son wants to know if thats the car out of Gran Turismo on his Playstation" LMAO Class!
  9. The harness that you get from Blitz is dead easy. You just unplug the wiring to the ingnition and plug the harness in. 5 minute job and no joints to come loose.
  10. and only takes 5 mins to swap. Macca's did this when his went faulty and it turned out to be a dodgy solder joint on the circuit board on the MAS
  11. Momo Millennium in mine
  12. I think it suits wide arches better and depends on the colour of your Z.
  13. Well the bottom end fell apart due to lack of oil by the look of things so I don't think it was anything to do with it really. :slap: The maximum I was running on a daily basis was 17psi.
  14. Your stock turbos will go over 20psi no problem but they won't be efficient. Still dangerous though! I had mine running regularly at 18 or 19psi... Boost jets will give different results depending on slight leaks in the system and the fact that the jets might not get a perfect seal in the pipe and allow some air past.
  15. LMAO that would be telling, but I never paid
  16. I've mailed the site with the Jun Z32 link so we might get one up on those nasty Supras! :D
  17. I'm sure there's plenty of gay sites about if that's what you're after
  18. I'd think 0.8mm was giving you more than 15psi. I've had loads of Z's using 1mm and getting that! Just be careful, it's fun but you might be peaking well above 15psi
  19. I just didn't bother reading it
  20. Jeez it takes a while but if you play it 16 times so each piece has been replaced she finally get her kit off.
  21. I bet they find you a set in no time and let you pay for them!
  22. How cool would it be to walk in to a Lambo dealer with your unsuspecting mates and say you need a new headlight for your Diablo!?
  23. When I had my Z engine out of the car and had similar problems I put a long breaker bar onto the crank pulley bolt and wedged that against the floor at the front of the engine. Stopped the crank turning so you can get the flywheel off/torqued. You would probably have thought of that though so I presume you can't get to the crank pulley...?
  24. The same! But Lamborghini put a small carbon fibre strip along the top edge of the lense to hide the Nissan stamped into it! I bet they cost 3 times as much as Nissan's rip-off prices too
  25. I'll try to dig mine out but it's somewhere under half a Z engine in boxes in the garage LOL I've never seen it in online form but it's only about 2 pages of A4.
