  6. hi gents i ran my engine yesterday as the car has no wheels i cant go very far !!:D when i first started it the oil presure was high and the engine sounded sweet, but once it got up to temp and the oil pressure dropped quite low a tappet sound started and it was quite loud!! as the car was only idling i gave it a few revs and the oil pressure only rose slightly but the tappet noise was still there, have i any worries or once i am on the road the oil pressure will rise and the sound will go?? cheers dewi

  18. i managed to use the origional braket off the front bumper to hold onto the new air filter panel so it fits just like the origional and is removable, but you are right in saying that the kit came with 2 bolts that make it imposible to remove without removing the front bumper!!
  19. yep its a uk model, i was speaking to mike at mjp auto and i think he said that the uk spec had no rust protection on the zed but the jap spec do, or something like that!! i asked luke at the z center for sill repair panels and he said because the jap spec are not rusting and only the uk ones are there are not enough of them to start a new market in sill repair panels but will be looking into it in a while!
  20. m old bumpers are in the for sale section if anyone is intrested, i did like the zed in standard form but when i saw this kit is wasnt going to stay standard for long!! ive been thinking about getting an old zed 32 and trying to make it look like a lambo with loads of fiberglass rather like the mr2 ferrari kit, what do u think paul might be a bad idea though!!
