is the noise coming from behind the speedo?

does your car have an alarm on it? can you override it with a key or something? is the battrey going dead causing a volt drop when u try to start it setting the alarm off?

sorry to see you go matey, and hope you enjoy the audi maybe a little suggestion if your scrapping the zed then you can sell most of the aftermarket bits bumper side skirts ect and just replace with an old bumper, that way you will get some ££££££ back

uh oh still a slight miss fire again i can here the injector working now with my ear on the screwdriver maybe the old injector is just blocked, will run the zed tomorrow a bit then see how i get on

well it was the drill method for me just finished now changed the injector, broke the old one coming out though bit rough :mac1: the old injector i had im not sure about condition age ect?? :smash: anyway fired her up and it has cured my missfire but i have a slight miss could it be the old injector coming back to life will try the datascan now see whats happening

gents i tried my new boost controller at 15psi today running stock injectors, turbo technics stage 1 turbos and john dixon chip ( same as jwt i believe ) everything was fine till i came to start the car again and a missfire in the no6 cyl was traced to a dead injector :mad: checked the spark was ok cleaned the injector connections still the same did the listening trick with the screw driver no clicking on no6 :smash: is there a way to test them in situ? what are the volts to the connector can i test that in some way? am i able to remove the injector without pulling the plennum?? did the 15psi cause this?? any help greatly appreceated i have some spare injectors that i can replace them with cheers dewi

anyone using these mounts? just seen them now looking to do mine when im driving in second around town the car is a bit jerky im thinking the gearbox mounts or the engine mounts?? :rolleyes:

got m part worn from walkerstyres they were like brand new when i got them very good

one thing you have to keep in mind is the kick down switch with the auto floor it and it will drop a few cogs and wake the twins into a full blown frenzy, when flooring in a auto make sure you have a straight road ahead if your not used to it, apart from that i only swaped my auto box for manual as it buggerd up asnd was the cheaper option i really enjoyed the auto

Ooooh god response on this seems a few are doing it doors being the main one as they do sound a bit tinny :o cant remember what bassologist was selling said it was as good as dynymat but cheaper or someone mentioned the spray on stuff is this any good? :)

thinking about this for a while now, my daily drive is a new beemer 5 series and when you shut the door or go for a drive its just sounds solid :bow: now i was thinking some sound proofing/deadning would make the zed sound a little more chunky if you know what i mean :hyper: am i on the right tracks with this? doing as much as i can doors/underfloor/boot/bulkhead will this help? im sure bassologist on here sells the stuff :nana2: any thoughts gents

if your modem is a wirless one you just connect the psp through the wireless settings dead easy mate no cables needed that would be your best bet
