i use silkolene pro s 10w 50 iirc and always use the oem nissan filter used this oil ever since i got my newly rebuilt engine recomended by oilman :D

wwww thanks for all your help guys, i built my own one a few years ago now im having some problem with it i dont understand :headvswal if i can get it sorted the better if not it will be the new build i already have the case, psu, sata raid 300g drives, dvd ect so im only after the motherboard, cpu, and memory :hyper: problem with mine is the memory slots they dont work with my new memory its a msi kt8 neo2 fir board and the memory should work in slots 2 and 4 but the old memory only works in slots 1&2 the new memory wont boot up at all :headvswal hi 8ace is the stuff from ebuyer i have seen a bit outdated? could you suggest another msi board? must have the optical spdif output :hyper: cheers

you need to check the oil when the engine is running my auto went tits up when it wouldnt go into second a manual box soon sorted that cheaper than an autobox too

guys before i spend on some new o2 sensors i just need to confirm my findings :mac1: when starting engine from cold the o2 sensors dont range just stay the same both sides, when driving from cold engine is quite hesitant also but when the engine is warm the o2 sensors range up and down just fine and the hesitation has gone, am i correct in thinking the heating element has gone in them? :confused: cheers
