Got the gt5 and the zed already looks very good, a very intresting intake manifold is on there as an option have a look at it is there one like that availlable in the real world i have never seen one, any advice on how to set the suspension up spring rates and damper settings any thought on the game so far :clap:

thanks for all the comments guys it wont be till my shares come out in feb but i always like to do my homework on a car first before buing it as the only ones i liked in that price range was the merk and porsche, as for the boxer well as clarcson said its a great handling car but it just says i cant afford a 911 when your driving it LOL, and the reason i asked for the carrera 4 is im a bit sceptical about the handling all the horror stories about the engine in the back like a big sledge hammer ready to throw you into the hedge at the first sign of your weekness lol,

had a good look at a tvr but in the end its just a fiberglass body and the fit and finish wasnt that good but damn they do look awsome dont they

whoa thats a gorgeous 993 have to say since i saw the first bad boys film he had a 993 that was timeless and just awsome :drool: arghhh what to do im looking at porsches everyday do like the turbo 996 but one forum said they had a repair bill of 14k for the engine but then after doing up the zed im sure i could sort most things out with the porsche!! cabriolet is great looking i thing sorry guys lol but i will be keeping the zed dont worry too much time money and effort on it to give it away lol

would love to have marine but its a lot of work i have a large tropical tank in the kitchen and a cold water tank in the bedroom

cheers matey i will give it a go my handling seems a bit sloppy i thought the shocks might be going as it was 20 years old by now

i really do like the look of the turbo the rear arches and it just looks so mean but then i do like the top off when its sunny the 996 c4s cab would be nice but its a little to expensive, the skyline gtr again an awsome car but i do rather like the porsche instead sorry lol!!

everyday use in the summer and driving enjoyment, not many motorway cruises at all mostly a and b roads

i have been thinking for a while now of another car so far my choices are 911 996 carrera 4 cabriolet with a nice gt2 front bumper or 911 996 turbo coupe or SL55 amg merc i dont want to spend a lot on one say £20k i love the wow factor of the cabriolet :thumbup: any thought on these cars guys?

is there anyway of testing your shocks on the car to see if they have come to the end of there life? or do i have to take them all off? :helpsmilie:

hmm well i hung in there when my engine went twice and having done all the work on my zed exept for the last engine swap, from my experience i can say i know nearly everything about the zed as i have learned a lot about her, this could be an ideal oppertunity for someone to have a dabble and fix the head gasket your self, get in there get your hands dirty and learn a bit about the engine yes its fiddly and a bit of a pain but when its all done itll be worth it and save a load on labout costs, but then if things dont goto plan you could always break her then, but if you have the time give it a go :-)

job done new beesting aerial fitted in place of the old electric one looks great too can help anyone who wants to do the same :-)

yep the dreaded sticky ariel has made me think of changing, what i would settle for is a beesting in the same place as the stock ariel has anyone done this, been through the searches and not found anything :blink:
