relationship advice please
ok thanks guys really appreceate this right where to start, my ex finished with me 18months ago and i was really distraught been to see councilors and neuro linguistics advisors and i really really cant get her out of my head, she passes my house most days so its not a good thing at all, i have been trying soo hard to get back with her, i havent spoken much at all to her the past 18months, but she did text last week to ask why i was ignoring her when she drives past well it turned into a slanging match which in the end i appologised and finnaly sent flowers to her to say sorry, the week after she sent a text to say she was sorry for everything saying that if i spent more time with her when we were together we may be together now at the time my nan was very ill and shortly afterwards past away also my mum was ill so i was trying hard to share my time with everyone so tonight i plucked up the courage to call her was a bit awkward she said she was in a sticky situation with someone to me that sounds that she is with someone ok so i said to her can i chat with you please something i need to say so we agreed this wed Gents i will do anything i can to get her back i really miss her and without a word of a lie not a second goes by that i dont think about her even after 18months apart so im kinda stuck about what to say to her, i thought something along the lines of that im so sorry about the relationship and how i couldnt spend more time with you but please give me the chance to show you that i can really make it up to you and make you feel so special her and her little boy, to take her away on holidays and weekends away and spoil her and her little boy to be there for her always but if this isnt what she wants i would say that i have to move on and forget about you and cut all contact and friendship with you as its the only way i will forget and move on i have no other way i can think of to do this and any help or davice you have will be really greatly appreceated kind regards dewi

no bite at all in brakes help !!
Gents i have fitted R33 gtr disks and still using the old calipers, i have refurbed the calipers, changed the brake fluid, bled through thoroughly, done the seals in the master cylinder, at first i thought the brakes were warpped so i had them skimmed but when i brake now its like there braking on wooden blocks if you get what i mean, there deffinetly not safe at all there mintex pads i think oem spec from mjp one other thing i have noticed is when braking slowly is the pads stick to only part of the disk kind of on off on off braking strange, any suggestions anyone i was thinking of going back to standard disks and decent pads, any recomendations guys

Injectortune (cleaning injector service)
Had these back yesterday very pleased with the results, a report back sheet to showing them in test before and after, and my god were they clean when i got them back :w00t: so i greased the terminals with vasoline and refitted them, it did say that after cleaning the solution can make the injector stick but this would only happen once, so i gave the injector pin a little push before i fitted them all, once fitted took a minuite or so for the fuel to get round and the missfire to stop now its running really sweet

Its £12.50 pe injector and £6 postage came to £81 and a quick turn around also, i was thinking about our zeds and how the boost is raised on many of them including mine, i needed to know that my injectors were up to scratch and preforming well, hopefully today i will get them back and let you all know :phone: fastorquer was a pleasure dealing with you matey :)

Using insulating tape on efi wiring loom, no! no!
i have used heat shrink tubing on my injectors instead of the rubber, be cearfull though as that also sets hard and wont bend, the stuff i used anyway

Using insulating tape on efi wiring loom, no! no!

broken det sensor
AH ok cheers hopfully it was the injectors then :)
-
broken det sensor
I think it was my det sensor wiring that i found broken at the plug, its the one with two wires going itnto it, the o2 sensor has 3 i believe at the rear of the plennum, its a grey plug, would this have been the cause of a very slight rough idle when you give the slightest rev maybe 1500 rpm? have repaired it now but have removed my injectors and having some more that will have been sent away for flow testing to replace them so cant try them till then

Using insulating tape on efi wiring loom, no! no!
Something i have found through trial and error whilst cleaning my injector and coil pack connectors, i have wrapped all my wires with electrical insulating tape, you know the black stuff everyone uses  well around the top of the plennum it gets very hot this has made the tape quite hard and the problem arrises at the connector ends where the wires tend to twist easy becouse the trailing wires have been wrapped with tape and are now hard, i found my det sensor connector wires snapped at both ends as the insul tape had hardned and was letting the wires twist easy  now i have stripped the tape off and used self amalgamating tape that is a lot more flexible and having wrapped around the connectors too a lot more support for the delicate wiring hope this helps someone:biggrin:
