From what i saw it was nismo remanufacturing parts so i would be sceptical if they produce the trims etc that are nla, or if they will support the z32 at all http://www.thedrive.com/news/9713/nismo-to-make-nissan-r32-gtr-oem-replacement-parts

Bear in mind they fade so it would be hard to get an exact colour match. Imo you would need to get physical samples to compare

I think I will do some modifications to it also, as attaching it to the bumper may be inconvenient so may attach it next to the headlight, but I will see.

I was going to cut them myself but If you think it will do everyone a favour then that would be best. I'll do you a cdr file when this gets rolling :)
