300zx breakers in uk
Will let you know in a week or two ;) But I've cut one out before and they are a really nasty shaped piece and it would probably be easier to build your own one with sheet steel.

Things not to do when you're tired
What are they for? Parking sensors?

Value: standard vs modified
I don't think that there are that many collectors looking for mint stock cars at the moment, and your interior is outstanding so i would leave it as the spec it is... and NOT sell it

Gearbox oil
Well there you go [emoji106]

Gearbox oil
Yeah so center console out, and boots off etc and just undo all the bolts you see at the base of the shifter and then a final one at the bottom of the shifter, which is sometimes easier to access front the bottom
-
Gearbox oil
Yeah so drain, undo shifter and prop. Put Jack under and start removing the bell houseing and transmission brace bolts. And slide that wacko out
-
Gearbox oil
I ran my hose through the shifter hole but same effect :)

Fibreglass bumpers.
To do it securely yes, you can tiger seal them but they would never be truly rigid and I wouldn't personally trust it on its own. Then again, after you drill the hole, the hole is filled with rivet so would still be mostly waterproof, and they have drainage holes in the bottom of the sills anyway so water can drain out.

Annoying mot stuff
Called the VOSA or whatever it's called these days and they said I could take it to some location and inspect it or something. But that's not much use when the car is not on the road.

Fibreglass bumpers.
Agree do not like the west wings above^^ I think side skirts are all about the style of car you are going for. I love my Impul skirts, which fit with the swage line and side profile of the car, just adding a wedge instead of a curved underbelly. I think the door fillers definitely help the design of them not trying to squash in flat.

Fibreglass bumpers.
From my experience, it depends on quality of the fibreglass stuff. Often once the fibreglass thing comes out of the mould they slightly differ bumper to bumper and sometimes require cutting/trimming. That said my impul ones are perfect fits and I have no complaints with them, and they also have the advantage of being easily repairable. In my experience it doesn't smash, it just cracks and breaks off.

What have I done to my diff..
Personally i wouldn't chance it as often they have some residue left. Just get a tube and pour in the fill hole until it starts to pour out.
-
What have I done to my diff..
Well that could just be the same compartment, the diff is not supposed to be filled completely full as the gears should not be fully submerged. The fill plug is designed so that it is about half way up, and when it starts coming back out the hole, it is full. I would say drain it and refill it to the proper level.

I have a confession.....

I have a confession.....
Next meet is Ace Cafe Incarnation Brighton. Good to have you back Ben. For my personal input, assuming mechanically it's sound now... I would have a go and clean up the body, remove the chrome trim that's peeling and whatever dirty defects you have connecting the rear bumper I recall. Then you have a clean base to start and enjoy :) Don't TT swap it, if you want a TT buy a TT it's not worth the investment for this particular car IMO.

Hi from Oxfordshire
Yeah the clutch hitting the deck is just not enough backwards pressure. You could try bleeding, a new clutch line is around £35 for braided line, or maybe the Masters broken but I would try bleeding it first :)
