Right I am signed off at the moment with tendonitus in my shoulder and have difficulty lifting my arm above my shoulder( doc wanted to sign me off for 2 weeks but i talked her into 1 week with a weeks light duties when i go back), have been suffering with this for the last 4 months but worked through it with the help of painkillers , even worked through the last time the doc signed me off because work needed it and made the injury worse so decided that my health was more important and decided to get it sorted properly this time.This is where it all goes pear shaped as my boss takes these things personally and was pissed so I explained that I needed to sort it out or it would be a long term injury that continued to get worse, I get a message today that i need to contact him at work and when i do he tells me we need to sit down and talk about my performance as the area manager visited and wasnt happy with me, I find out off a mate that I am getting the blame in my absence for poor performance and the area manager aint getting told that i have put off getting my injury sorted so work wouldnt suffer and have worked through previous sick notes and needed to address the situation.I am so looking forward to my chat with my manager on monday and seeing what he is gonna try and do....twot

I have been waiting for mac to get back to me but to no luck so I have decided to run my project past the forum.I am looking at finding a supplier that will produce sweatshirts, poloshirts,caps, tshirts and jackets with this logo on, it was just gonna be for my own use but I wondered if anyone else would be interested if I can find supply at a decent price. My plan was to have the logo embroidered on the left breast area of the shirts and jacket and the front of caps, the logo has tt after the z standing for Twin Turbo if there was enough interest from NA owners I would also do a run without the TT.Of course this could all just be conjecture if I am the only one who wants any :) COPYRIGHT OF K.IRWIN

hold it a mo its just a splitter not a dual set up so ignore me

there should be a dual screen set up in your graphics card menu, select clone or extend my desktop onto this monitor option

what a numpty, watched that vid closely and watch his front wheels, he comes round the corner controls his slide even straightens his front wheels then goes oposite again on the power( obviously cacks himself when the back lets go) then comes off the power and the rear acts like a pendullum then and its goodnight from him.

its cause they are plastic if u used nissan adjusters mate and break very easy. headlight adjuster is an easy one mate, has a plastic cog on the inside that usually cracks and can be replaced by some model car cogs made of metal which will last better or take the high beam adjuster and swap it to the duff main beam adjuster.

I only did it for looks plus my dip adjusters were cracked so sorted them as well

If it happens i move my z to another area and brick every one of their 10 taxis they operate from a residential area

i get it regular off some taxi drivers in my street so i just parked my crap mondeo a mm away and blocked them in, when they came to ask me to move my ford i explained to them i wouldnt do it again if they didnt keep doing it to the Z, problem sorted
