what is your cable model? you have to install the drivers that you find on the site nissan data scan, for the conzult software only the PLMS cable works, for the other cables you have to modify a protocol with FT prog here is the method I used for my ECUTALK cable, given to me by Peter from ECUTALK Here are steps to make it work. > 1a). Install FTPROG - http://www.ftdichip.com/Support/Utilities/FT_Prog_v3.6.88.402%20Installer.exe > > 1b). Plug in ECUTalk USB Cable (install drivers before you plug it in, if you havent already) > > 1c) Menu: Devices -> Scan and Parse. This then reads the ECUTalk USB chip. > > 2) Expand 'Hardware Specific' section, then click on 'Invert RS232 Signals' > > 3) On the right side, it will have 8 checkboxes - all of them wont be checked. > > 4) Check the one 'Invert CTS#'. > > 5) Menu: Devices -> Program > > 6) On the window that pops up, click the Program button. Click close, and close FT Proj > > 7) Close the program. Remove the ECUTalk cable from computer > > 8) Turn back on car - the USB port will get a new COM port probably (mine went from COM39->COM40) and install drivers again. > > 9) Try use conzult now, set the port in the settings, and tell me if it all works.
